Thanks for helping me today Kristen. My experience with magnesium, and mentorship in general, has brought up patterns I am grateful to work through. I took a break from mentorship when I was in the hospital and recovering the first time. I don't want to do that again...but it really doesn't make me happy. I force myself to participate because I want to learn, I want to be healthy, and I am not a quitter.
My intention this year, and for this mentorship, was to get to the root of my autoimmune issues and heal. Soaking in magnesium is what created toxicity in my legs, which triggered an autoimmune response of ulcers forming in my legs, which then became infected, etc. I didn't know it was so powerful and would not have been gung ho on it. Yet, I accept responsibility for my experience. I am a creator and created this at this exact time! I am grateful to know the lie: "I try hard and fail"!! It has brought up so much bitterness and anger which is how I feel about myself and my mortal experience. I forgive and love myself, God, and others. I succeed with ease and grace! Will my subconscious accept it? I want to soak a little, just a little. Yet I may have an allergic, autoimmune response to magnesium's energy signature, mostly for emotional reasons. How can I clear that? How can I soak a little with hope instead of fear?
Mentorship is so funky. Can you help me see what the pattern is in it? I want to learn so be your honest self. I really want to continue and finish the year. I feel there are so many things that are unrealistic for me yet are conditional on me receiving more, receiving health. Yet I cannot. It's the double standard I've lived with for so long because of the autoimmune response. Magnesium is the perfect example. I know it is good yet I cannot receive it. Bitterness. I know it is the foundation of health yet when I receive it, pain. When I see how much I need it to heal this wound and my body, anger. When I contemplate if I am ready to receive it, even a little, fear. I brought this up today in mentorship because I don't know what to do with it. I want to see yet feel stuck. I want to ACT and not be acted upon.
I have not gotten my Magnesium RBC because the labs are at least an hour from me and I cannot drive that far. I have been in bed for 3 months practically. Again, in order to receive from this mentorship and be important enough to have time with you, a knowledgable, compassionate, successful mentor who I have invested a lot in, I have to perform yet cannot perform and therefore cannot receive. But no excuses, because I have not done temperature or water tracking. Instead, I have invested my energy in other ways that were more important.
What brings me the most peace through all this is to let go of expectations, especially others' expectations, love myself and be grateful for the health I have, laugh instead of cry, and love myself and others in my/our weakness. It has brought me closer to myself, to the Lord, to my family, and many others. I don't feel like mentorship gives this to me but pulls me away from it. I am not sure why...but it has to do with the pattern I described above. Where is the connection, to others, myself, or God in it? Maybe its how I micromanage my health as you encourage, taking specific supplements and being so strict in my food, soaking, and other things, and doing too much that it's overwhelming my system, on every level. I feel like I just need to BE and trust, to love and let go of mine and others' expectations, including yours.
I hope you understand but if you do not, that is OK. I would like insights if you have them but again, I understand if you don't.
Thanks for everything. You have taught me a lot. I hope and pray you and your family are well, especially with your Mom. My heart goes out to you.
