This is my second favorite music moment from the entire series and I will explain why.

Ferguson’s monologue while “dressing” in the Governor’s uniform - FUCKING CHILLS. Pamela Rabe is unmatched.

Vera, looking at the memorial: “She will be punished, Bea.” This one quote DESTROYED me when I heard it. It shows how much of an impact Bea’s death had on the staff too, not just the women in the prison.

And FRANKY. She finally decides to accept her situation, put on the teal and fight for her freedom, the camera blurring her face at the very end and re-focusing on the kite. Fucking hell, Wentworth.

Survive by Chelsea Wolfe, which is epic in its own right, was the perfect song for this scene.

[P.S. My favorite is when Rita kills Drago at the end of Season 6 and Detune by Kaleida starts playing - unrelated but everyone should watch this scene too!!!!!!]
