(Trimeresurus flavomaculatus)Â Philippine pitviper
Habitat: Found mainly along banks of streams or in damp localities. Limited to the Philippine Islands, based on collections, so far.Â
Activity and Behavior: Not very well known. Mainly terrestrial & nocturnal. Probably ovoviviparous (litter size unknown), & probably preys mainly on small mammals available in its normal habitat, & maybe also birds. Probably ovoviviparous (litter size not reported).Â
Venom Characteristics: Not well known, but mainly hemotoxic. Symptoms generally mild. Few bites (fewer envenomations) & no fatalities of humans recorded, so far.
(Bitis nasicornis) rhinoceros viper
Habitat:Â Found mainly in rain forests, swamps, marshes, & floodplains; river, stream, & lake shores. Seldom goes into woodlands. Well camouflaged among fallen leaves of forest floor. Sometimes tolerated by Kenyan villagers as it resides in roofs of their huts.
Activity and Behavior:Â Mainly nocturnal, partially aquatic, climbs well; often basks in shrubs & trees. Usually lethargic & slow to strike even in self-defense. Makes loud hissing noise if provoked, but usually is reluctant to strike.Â
Venom Characteristics:Â Few bites of humans recorded; however, venom highly cytotoxic. May cause massive swelling & tissue necrosis. Tissue necrosis resulting in amputation has been reported.
Not knowing it was beautiful it bloomed shamelessly.

+ Lyrics:
Lyrics [translated]: Come here, and give me a little ink and a pen. I want to write you a letter. You will always find and consider. That I hold no one dearer that you. [Chorus]: Rocks will crack like ice, The sun will lose its shine, The forest will transform into a dove, Before I will abandon our friendship. Once I spent all my time playing dice, Once I spent all my time playing piano, With you I abandon all my sorrows. I will never lose you again. [Chorus]
Sheâs now twice the size she was when I got her. ;v; Still a baby, but a bigger one. Also she was super relaxed today after the initial fuss of getting her out. Such a good snake.

Greek mythology meme:Â [2/5] stories
âł The Metamorphosis of ArachneÂ
Arachne was a mortal woman and an extremely talented weaver. As more and more people complimented her on her craft, she grew so arrogant that she thought herself better than the goddess Athena, who then challenged her to a weaving competition. However, when they both finished their weaving, the goddess had to admit that Arachne truly was the better weaver. In her rage and shame Athena ripped Arachneâs work apart and turned her into a spider, cursing her and all her descendants to be weavers until the end of time.Â
