Meet the father of the snowsurf movement, a softspoken innovator called Shinzo Tanuma.
Tanuma-san pioneered snowboarding by starting to build his own snow surfboards in the early seventies. This led to Moss Snowstick which still follows the pure snow surf way four decades later. Quietly innovating far away from the spotlight on other parts of the world and following his own independent path.
