Everyone, can we please spread this? Irene is trying to help her father locate one of the children he met while he was a peacekeeper for the UN, a little girl named Alisa, who he met in 1993 in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina during the war!
As I am from Croatia and was born during the war, things like this hit very close to home. I have known of peacekeepers playing with the local children and a lot of them were super young, barely adults themselves.

Mostar. A small city in the south of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Eastern Europe), Mostar is most famous for its medieval Ottoman center and its Old Bridge, or Stari Most.
Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, 2020
