3/10 stars, I tried to order my favourite dish from the menu, but the waiter started yelling at me and shaking me! It was very irrational and mean! I never got my triangle shaped waffles ! :’(

However, the kitchen staff let me wander in the back and make my own drink, which made it better! I’d round it up to a higher number, but three is the most amazing number! Will come back again next time RSA and nrc have a joint event!

I have been visiting the Mostro Lounge since I joined Night Raven College, in my first year, and have yet to have any complaints. The service is usually always high quality and the food is moderately of standard. Until today when I visited with my dearest friend after our afternoon classes. When my friend requested an allergy friendly accommodation to our shared plate, which was simply to remove ONE ingredient, however when the dish came out, the ingredient was still included! Which would have been fine, however when we called one of the servers over, they simply took the plate, inspected it, said "I'll be right back" and left us sitting there with nothing for an HOUR, before coming over to us, handing us the bill for a meal that we never received, and asked us to pay and leave. This establishment has been a favourite for quite some time, however I am disgusted by this behaviour. This should not be allowed in such a place of supposed high esteem, and is a shame to both the staffing conditions and the Mostro Lounge itself. One simple, kindly asked request was blown out of proportion and yet we, the customers were punished for it. This is both a complaint and a request to speak to the owner of this establishment as soon as possible, otherwise I shall be pursuing legal actions against this restaurant, it's owner and all of it's staff.

Hey, listen, we get that you're upset, but that was one hellish day if you're the customer I'm thinking of. Remember that all the staff are students ffs. We have assignments to do and also a job at the same damn time. Yeah, we forgot to take the ingredient out, our bad, but you didn't think to flag down any staff to make sure your shit was getting redone after a good 30 minutes?? We were short staffed, swamped with WAY more customers than normal, AND we all had tests the next day. You had to pay for the food we made that you rejected. We can't give it to another table or anything so we had to fucking toss it. Please understand that we are doing our fucking best. Fuck right off with your "I'll pursue legal action", you have no proper case. You never asked for an update on your order. You still got some food and couldn't have it, but you NEVER requested an update. That is not my fault. You weren't my table, but if you were I would've hated you. We are doing our best. The meals on average take 45 minutes to prepare normally anyway, so an hour wait isn't all that much. Also, you came in an hour and a half before closing and didn't think you might not have time to order something else if it got messed up?
