It's Miss The Apprentice! This plush kitty has been helping me with a big project that's done enough to allude to, but not done enough to show more than i have here. Also pictured is my New Most Snuggleable Tome!

This deck & post are dedicated to the public domain
If you find the zines folding guide parsable you can thank my editor for bullying me into adding more instructions.
If you're confused, searching up something to the effect of "how to fold a zine" will yield a plethora of tutorials for which clarity is their primary goal & of course you can blame my editor, for not bullying me enough.
Some revamped portraits of Elizabeth Bridewell. She, the art, & the writing in this post are all dedicated to the public domain.
Back in the day, she ran away to join the circus (mostly contortion, dabbling in trapeze, & of course making/maintaining costumes & props. Variety is the spice of life after all). Ended up briefly dying in a circus accident as one does, to be then transformed into the vampiric nuisance she is now.
Enough of the dusty old past! These nights she's concerned with keeping her finger on the pulse of mundane life, getting odd jobs bar tending, as a night stocker, or production assistant/ghost haunting a low budget horror flick. Immersing herself in the lives of her coworkers for a few months, maybe even years before whipping up some excuse to disappear, scampering off to another city.
In regards to her vam-peers, she tries to balance staying on good enough terms with local powers to come & go freely, with pushing everyone's buttons in all the ways etiquette permits. She has of course been banned from a few cities for justifiable reasons (though she would never admit that)
Elizabeth is the sort who simply cannot abide being bored & to prevent this keeps at least a couple small art projects to nibble on lurking in her purse. If you'd like to try one such project there's a companion post to this one with a printable oracle deck.
What program do you use to make your collages?
I use clip studio paint for my digital collages. The layer selecting mode? (not sure what the sanctioned vocab is) works really nice for smoothy adjusting the placement all the things on different layers (click on the thing i want to move, drag it where i want it style).
If printed for any physical collage shenanigans from then on it's all tearing, scissors, & one of those flat things for cutting straight lines in paper.
