I think it’s intoxicating when somebody is so unapologetically who they are.

“Consciousness is not a bunch of thoughts or a certain level of understanding. Consciousness is a dimension that is beyond our physicality.”
These past few weeks I have re-established my commitment to consciousness. It is so easy to fall into that mindset of being on the grind and to get caught up in work. I struggle with this especially when I am excited about what I’m doing and enjoy what I do for work. As great as it is distinguishing little between work and play, I need to make time for the things and people that I love. Cheers to yoga, meditation, hiking, and laying in the sunshine with nothing else to do! (at Multnomah Falls)

I watched a great video today talking about how if you are in your twenties, you are most likely in for some of the best years of your life. There is a 3-8 year window where the best thing that you could do is to live your life with big and dramatic risk, before you are weighed down baggage and commitments. Go travel and see the world. If you are into music, start a band with a group of mates. Do you have an idea that you think could change the world? Start a business. And above all else don't be so calculated about your decisions. Throw yourself into life and figure out what you want to do with it. Don't stay stuck at a 9-5 that you hate. If you don't like it... Quit. Break free of your limitations. I'm chasing my dreams... Are you? (at Multnomah Falls)
