Welcome to the Goddess Circle. This is a place to discuss wellness in every area of our lives, including sexual which is so important. We live in a sexually repressed society! Please feel free to contribute and let’s make this an interactive newsletter. If you have something exciting to promote that you are doing yourself (not promoting a corporation please), please share with us and we will put it in the newsletter which will be published the first week of the month. The newsletter is to empower us all, discuss reverse aging, essential oil education & news, and promote Mountain Goddess.
I would love to hear from you and I want to publish your photos and stories. I started this business to make a living by helping people feel better. But it also critical to celebrate the divine feminine and the empowerment of all humans is important to me. I had to change the way I lived in order to be happy. I want to share my success with any and all who are interested.

All our products are naturally anti-bacterial without the harmful effects of the products on the market causing problems because they kill even the good bacteria. We use premium essential oils. East Indian Sandalwood, Jasmine, Moroccan Rose & Bulgarian Rose essential oils are in many of our products. These are oils not available at doTerra to purchase.
Essential Oil Basics
For those of you new to essential oils they have been around a long time. The earth provides everything we need to live and thrive. Chemicals came on the scene big time in the 50’s, the same time as Big Pharma. The rest is history. I personally do not think we need chemicals for anything.
I decided to make my own when I found out how many toxins were in personal care products and I had also saw something about how toxins interfere with metabolism. I started researching how to remove all these substances from my life. Essential oils were the key to provide everything my body needed to feel & smell amazing. The bonus is you are providing your body with nutrients, preventative care and wellness as well! What a bonus. I moved on to food and now I am making tinctures & teas in addition to essential oil blends and personal care products such as balms, butter lotion bars, roll-ons & deodorant. Eventually I will have a shop with healing hot teas and soups, tinctures, essential oil and tea blends, roll-ons, balms, butter lotion bars, and deodorant.

I can say yoga inspired me to be where I am today. The key is detoxing, emotions as well as chemicals. When the inflammation is removed, you can use natural methods to heal. If you are full of inflammation then natural healing cannot occur. Our bodies are busy detoxing to keep the inflammation down. Most people that consume dairy, sugar, caffeine, alcohol & white flour are loading their bodies daily with toxins. The body cannot heal it is overwhelmed working to detox to remove inflammation. I hope that makes sense. I will be 60 this year. I lost 56 pounds and went from a size 16 to a size 4! All by removing toxic food from my diet, detoxing, lots of meditation and self care including yoga, hiking and removing myself from people and situations that were not appropriate for me. I live by Lake Tahoe in the mountains and that helps too. I spend a lot of time barefoot, which is an anti-depressant. Me and my lifestyle changed significantly because I started living with nature rather than against it. I am choosing to love myself, be authentic and love everything that comes my way and live intuitively. It doesn’t mean bad things don’t happen but I have changed the way I react to all that happens. I am living consciously. I am living a life of abundance. I love my life!
