So, i still have question, Did JungBin leave the group for real, or she's juts taking a break until she recovered? I really wanna know, cuz JungBin is my bias ;;

According to the official statement made on TAHITI fancafe, (http://cafe.daum.net/DSTAHITI/PkFc/12) Jungbin has an "internal tumor", for that reason she needs rest and treatment, therefore can't join TAHITI this comeback.  It doesn't say she left the group specifically.

Where is Jin? She's listed as having left the group on several pages, yet I can't find any official information aside from a throwaway statement made by their CEO who said she should be focusing on school. Jungbin has officially left the group due to health reasons, though.

There has not been any official statement of her since July of last year about how she won't be joining the group "on this comeback".  One of her last tweet (https://twitter.com/tahiti_jinhee/status/432375095089061890) indicates that she has been practicing with other Tahiti members but that was back in February.  Many things could have happened since then or she is still with the girls waiting for her chance once again.
