tysm!!
Stay (Human Yandere! Titus × GN Tourist! Reader)
Summary: You plan to visit Beaverton for the city and nature sights. During your stay, you meet a passionate activist named Titus and he seems more than willing to let you stay.
Note: Obviously expect some dark stuff like genocide and harm. I am going to describe Titus' appearance in this but just imagine Dave Franco in his early 20s. That's basically human Titus. (Yes I know I'm not creative)
Also anon I'm so sorry this took so long 😭✌️
Beaverton... such a beautiful city with beautiful sights and wonderful people. You made it a point to visit it every year at least once.
For some reason, there were no flights to Beaverton so you had to get to a flight to a town near Beaverton and do a little road trip with a rental car. Not that you'd mind if course.
You finally arrived in Beaverton, the city buildings giving you nostalgia. It seemed that people here are friendly as ever too. You used to visit this place a lot with your family, especially the glade. You knew that you couldn't visit the place as often because of college. However, spring break was approaching and you finally decided to go back to Beaverton for a trip of fun and nostalgia.
When you finally arrived, it was weirdly empty. All the places that you'd knew were packed were empty. It was like a ghost town, save for some people that were tourists like you. They clearly had no idea what was going on either. After driving around, you decided to head to the glade, where you spent your early days as a toddler.
You arrived and it was closed off by gates due to the beltway being built. You were all for time saving solutions, especially for commuting, but placing it over a glade definitely raised some questions for ethics. You looked around, no one was around in the city so there was definitely no one around the glade.
You managed to climb over the gate before landing onto the grass. You slowly walked down the hill before looking around at the peaceful sight of animals walking around and the calming sounds of nature. You sat down on a rock that sits in front of a large lake. Beavers were hanging out near the water, birds were chirping and a few deer were trotting as well.
"Beautiful isn't it?" A male voice called out.
You looked behind you, slightly jumpy.
The male in question was a white young male, around his early 20s, 24 at the latest. He had short chestnut brown hair with slight waves in some strands, dark brown eyes and somewhat of bushy eyebrows. He was wearing a black tee with an orange unbuttoned cardigan. He also carried a black backpack with monarch butterflies pinned to it.
"Yeah it is..."
He chuckled before sitting down, "It is. And before you ask, I won't tell anyone."
"Like there's anyone to tell," you remarked, "Are you a tourist too?"
"No," he shook his head, "I go to school here. Beaverton University... or at least I used to."
"Graduated?"
"Yeah... what about you?"
"I'm a tourist but I used to live here. My mom and dad both got jobs that led to moving out. I loved it here."
"I don't blame you," the man shifted, "Everytime when it feels like the world is against me, I come here."
He looks out into the lake before returning his focus back to you.
"I'm Titus by the way," he held out his hand.
You smiled before shaking his hand and introduced yourself as well.
For the next few days, Titus became your tour guide and host for your stay. He showed you all the nature spots as well as tell you about his passion for nature and animals. He made it pretty clear that he didn't like how the mayor planned to build a beltway over the glade and how fake trees were used to scare away animals. According to him, he was able to convince the mayor to take down the trees.
The spots were truly beautiful. It seemed like Titus had a way with animals, as they would look at the two of you everytime you or Titus would show up. Even with the nature spots, you still can't help but wonder why there aren't any other locals besides Titus. While you were helping him clean up a local picnic area, you decided to ask.
He sighed, "Well to put it honestly, I don't know."
"What do you mean?"
"I was out of town to celebrate my graduation. Before that, all the locals were here. However the only thing I do recall is the mayor's rally. Everyone seemed hyped up for that... except for me and Mabel."
"Mabel? One of your younger classmates right?"
He nodded his head as he picked up a soda can on the ground, "Mhm. She's probably more passionate than me. Always gets herself intro trouble though."
"Haven't we all?" you replied, sitting down to take a break.
"Yep. Poor thing was living on her own after her grandma passed on. I know how it feels..."
You remember how Titus told you about his mother's passing and how it still hurts. Weird to tell that to someone he'd just met a few days ago but it can't be helped.
"Well I should get back, I need to pack up," you told Titus.
He immediately froze before looking at you.
"You're... leaving?"
"Yeah," you nodded, "I'm going back home tomorrow."
"Don't you want to stay for a bit longer? I-it's beautiful here."
"Titus, I really wish but I have stuff back at home," you replied.
"Oh..." he replied defeated, "Ok..."
It definitely hurts to see him sad but it was true. Beaverton was a beautiful place but you did have your true home.
Titus was silent for the rest of the day, even when he went to pick up dinner. Everytime you'd talk to him, he would be staring off into space. He definitely didn't like that you were leaving.
Hours later and you woke up early to get to the car and drive to the airport. However when you got outside, the tires were slashed and the engine values were burned. In other words... The car was fucked.
You immediately tried to call the local police but surprise surprise... No one picked up. So that's when you called the rental company and explained your very unique situation. The person on the other end was definitely confused and took a while to figure out what to do before telling you that they'll send a tow truck. However, considering that the rental company was from another town over, it'll take at least a day. You sighed before ending the call and going back inside.
When Titus woke up, you explained the situation and he was really understanding and would let you stay with him until another vehicle arrives. You were definitely suspicious since you remembered Titus glancing at your car and spacing out as if he was planning something. You didn't confront him though as it could've been anyone.
To calm down, you decided that you needed alone time from everything and went to the glade.
While you were taking in the scene and scent, you did notice three beavers near the pond. Two of them had a dark orange colored fur while one had a darker red brown fur color. You looked at them before they swam off. That was weird...
You didn't think much of it... until tonight. You were sleeping on the couch of Titus' home when you felt something on your chest. You opened your eyes to see one of the orange beavers from the glade. Your eyes widened and you sat up, causing the beaver to move to your lap. You watched as it held a white earpiece and shoved it into your ear.
"What the hell-" you muttered before the beaver went up to cover your mouth.
"Mabel! Did you shove the earpiece in already??" An older male voice asked from outside.
"I just did Jerry!" The beaver in front of you spoke.
Your eyes widened in fear. You... you can understand the beaver... And its name was Mabel??
"Well let's go!" The guy yelled before climbing through a window to reveal the other orange beaver.
"How are we supposed to lead them?? Look at them!" Mabel asked, looking at you, who was frozen in fear.
The male beaver, Jerry, huffed before going over to the couch to try and help Mabel drag you to where they were taking you. That wasn't necessary as adrenaline kicked in for you... and you ran. Out of Titus' house. You couldn't remember what else had happened as you fainted, most likely from fear.
A few hours later, you slowly opened your eyes and woke up. You thought that was a weird dream but that's when you realized you're not in Titus' home. You're not even in a home. You're in a den full of animals. You looked over and realized that... They were all talking. Something about the danger and how they needed to get "them" out of here. That's when you saw the brown beaver and he noticed you were awake.
"Guys look! They're awake."
All of the animals immediately surrounded you before the female beaver, Mabel moved to be in front of you.
"Guys, calm down. They just woke up..." Mabel shouted out before looking at you.
"Look," she raised her paws, "I know this might be crazy but we're trying to help you."
"Help me?!" You asked in shock, "What's going on?!"
"That guy you were with, Titus, he's a very dangerous person," Mabel explained, "We don't know what his intentions are but it can't be good."
"Wait..." you muttered, remembering something, "Your name's Mabel... You were Titus' classmate!"
Mabel looked down before looking back up.
"Yeah... he was an activist like me until he got expelled..."
"But... he told me he graduated..."
Jerry sighed, "Oh boy..."
That's when Mabel explained to you about how the university professors Dr. Sam and Dr. Nisha developed a robot that could transfer human consciousness and mimic an animal perfectly and how animals can understand them. When Titus discovered this, he would try and assassinate the mayor (turns out that was the male orange beaver) via a robot butterfly, got expelled and the program for the tech was shut down. That's when the story got dark. Mabel went on, saying how Titus stole the tech, recreated the robots and managed to hack Jerry's phone to control the volume of the fake trees. When the rally happened, Titus set the volume to the maximum volume and killed everyone at the rally and the surrounding areas... Not only that but the survivors were then put into animal robots that Titus created, their original bodies were destroyed and they made up most of the "animal" population in the glade now. If that wasn't the plot of a Black Mirror episode, you didn't know what was.
One thing was clear. You need to get the hell out of here.
You exited the den with the three beavers. It was still night time and everything felt tense. The main plan was to get back to the house, grab your belongings and get out. As you all walked, the brown beaver, King George, tried to make small talk with you.
"Why didn't you guys try to kill Titus?" You asked.
"According to Mabel, Titus is the only one who truly knows how the tech works. She tried to infiltrate it many times but Titus always catches her."
"What if I help?" You suggested.
Mabel and King George froze before looking at you.
"You shouldn't! We already dragged you into this mess deep enough. You could get hurt!" Mabel interjected.
"Titus killed most of the population and turned you guys into robot animals," you said, insisting, "You don't deserve to live like this any longer."
"Mabel, maybe it's a good idea." George suggested, "If anything goes wrong, they have us."
"Alright then..." Mabel sighed.
And so the plan was set. You snuck back to the house with the rabbit, Dr. Sam, tucked under your jacket. She was there to help you find any notes regarding the tech. You slowly entered Titus' room, a messy and lived in bedroom full of protest posters and newspapers about the beltway. Dr. Sam crawled out of your jacket and started hopping around to find any notes.
You looked through drawers and bookshelves to find anything. You managed to find blueprints for the robot and earpiece and picked it up. You were about to tell Dr. Sam when you noticed something. Underneath the blueprints were photos of you... framed by drawn hearts or circles labeled "MINE" in red. You nearly stopped breathing for a second. All those times you thought you were alone... You weren't. That's when you also found a pocket knife and immediately assumed that Titus used this to slash your tires. Oh you had to go.
"Dr. Sam," you whispered, "I found it."
She perked up before hopping back to you.
You grabbed her and tucked her into your jacket before opening the door. And there he was, sitting on the couch.
"So..." Titus drew out, "Mind telling me why you were in my room?"
You stammered for an explanation.
"Don't even bother, I should've known the animals gotten to you sooner or later."
He raised his hand up, revealing a butterfly.
"The great thing about this kind of tech is that no one suspects something innocent like a butterfly."
"He's been spying on us this entire time..." Dr. Sam murmured in shock.
"Now, just give me the tech, and no one gets hurt..."
You sighed, about to give in when...
Mabel flew in from the window and immediately started to attack Titus.
"GAH-!" he yelled as Mabel clawed at his face.
"Mabel!!" Dr. Sam yelled out.
"Just go!" Mabel yelled as she kept attacking.
You ran, looking back to see that Titus managed to rip Mabel off his face, tearing off her arm in the process. You kept running as you heard Titus yell after you.
"Don't you leave me! You're mine!"
You ran into the glade, running out of breath before you tripped. You turned around to see Titus catching up to you.
"You JUST had to be difficult, didn't you?" Titus asked, "I've been so good to you and this is how you pay me??"
You saw Titus pull out a syringe filled with something and your eyes widened in fear.
As Titus stepped closer, you heard a massive roar. Behind Titus, was a massive bear (whom George introduced as Ellen) and several of the animals. Titus turned around and froze. You took this opportunity to tackle him, take the syringe and inject Titus with it.
"You little-!" He screamed before you stepped back.
You watched as the animals surrounded Titus and you could hear his screams as they ripped him apart. Flesh ripping, bones snapping and blood splattering. It wasn't until you saw his dismembered body that you remember Mabel.
You dashed back to the house to see Jerry and George already with her.
"Mabel! Your arm..." you gasped before picking her up.
"It's fine..." Mabel replied, "Titus did worse..."
You grabbed your stuff as well as Mabel's torn off arm and went back to the den to help fix it.
A few months later and you were back at home. You sat at your desk as you did your best to rebuild the hoppers tech.
"Is it almost done yet?" Mabel asked as she sat on your bed.
"Hold on Mabel. It definitely takes longer to make a human replica of this." You replied as you looked over the blueprint before looking back at Mabel, "Your arm still doing ok?"
"Yeah," she replied, looking at the bandage that covered up the welding marks.
After the incident, you took home a few friends, that being Jerry, Mabel, Dr. Sam, Dr. Nisha and Connor (one of the bird robots) in hopes that you could make them synthetic human bodies.
"Did anyone say anything about Beaverton yet?" Jerry asked, looking on your computer.
"Besides that it's a ghost town? Nope. You think you might say anything if you do get a body back?"
Jerry shook his head, "Nothing believable."
You sighed before looking up, seeing a monarch butterfly on your windowsill. Everybody instantly froze as they stared at it before it fluttered away. You sighed in relief. If Titus taught you anything, it's that anything innocent can be deadly.
Looking At The Stars, Admiring From Afar (Mabel Tanaka × Fem! Artist! Reader)
Summary: You and your girlfriend Mabel are nearing the day that marks the first anniversary of your relationship. To celebrate, Mabel takes you on a stargazing trip.
Note: I literally got this idea from Girl In Red's We Fell in Love in October. Also besides being an artist, I thought it'd be fun if the reader was also a photographer. Just thought I should mention that.
You love your girlfriend, Mabel, very much. You remember meeting her at a protest for climate change and you two hit it off. Sure, you guys were at the same class at Beaverton University but you didn't really speak to each other that much until that very protest. Time really flies by because now...
It's your one year anniversary.
It felt like yesterday when you two talked, when you showed her your paintings and photos of nature and wildlife, when you first kissed her at the glade.
You arrived home from work, placing your bag onto the table. You moved in with Mabel a few months into dating. Sure some people might think it's a little fast but you both love living fast.
"Babe! I'm home," you called out.
You heard footsteps coming from the room to see Mabel poking her head out.
"You're home! How's work?" Mabel asked as she walked over to you.
"Work was fine I guess," you sighed, "Had to deal with some jerks at work today. What about you?"
"It was fine. Dr. Sam's working on a pet collar translator," Mabel replied.
After graduation, Mabel had secured the job of being Dr. Sam's assistant which means that Mabel would be apart of some interesting inventions. Meanwhile you were on the other side of the spectrum as the creative and artsy person, known for her nature paintings and photography.
"You know what today is?" Mabel asked.
"Of course I know," you replied, grinning, "Our one year anniversary."
"I knew you wouldn't forget..." Mabel smiled, "I think you're gonna like what I planned for tonight."
"Really now?" you raised an eyebrow, "And what is it?"
"It's a surprise~" Mabel teased.
Of course...
You rolled your eyes before going to the bedroom. There was a bookshelf sitting against the wall with different books on biology, nature and different sketchbooks you owed. The top shelf was the only one that was empty... most of the time. You and Mabel were too short to reach without the help of a stool so that was the perfect place to hide the gift. You brought the chair from your desk over to the bookshelf before climbing the chair to retrieve the gift. The gift in question was a gouache painting of you and Mabel, sitting on the rock that looks out towards the lake at the same glade where you had your date, your backs turned towards whoever saw it. There were other animals friends that Mabel knew, such as King George, Loaf, Ellen and Tom.
You remembered that Mabel introduced you to EVERY animal in the glade. It was one of the pond rules, don't be a stranger.
You smiled as you look at the painting, it took several months and several thoughts of self criticism to make it amazing... At least to a non artist. You heard the door open and immediately hid the painting behind your back. It was Mabel who was at the door.
"Hey, we'll leave in a couple of hours. Just letting you know," Mabel informed you.
You nodded your head before Mabel left, you sighed as you put the painting back. That was close.
Skip to a few hours later, you and Mabel left the house. You held your gift in your tote bag as well as a photo album and a camera around your neck. You couldn't help but think about how Mabel will react to the gift. You followed Mabel as you walked throughout Beaverton until you arrived at the glade.
"So..." Mabel asked, "You remember our first date?"
You looked at her, "Yeah, it was at this glade. We were stargazing."
"And I was nervous as hell."
"That you were."
"I figured we would do it again," Mabel told you as you both arrived at the rock.
"It was such a beautiful thing to witness, especially with a beautiful girl," Mabel added on as the both of you sat down on the grassy area.
"Aww babe..." you cooed.
You sat down, crossing your legs as Mabel laid down with her head in your lap. You took several pictures of the night sky and the glade, knowing that you rarely get pictures of these things at night. You guys talked about all the different memories you had, whether it be environment protests, college work, or random thoughts in general.
After a while, you sighed, gaining the courage for the big reveal.
"Hey babe?" you asked.
Mabel perked up before looking up at you.
"Yeah?"
"I have something to give you."
You reached for the painting from your tote bag before revealing it to Mabel, who was now sitting up.
"Happy anniversary," you mumbled, slightly nervous for her reaction.
She stared at the artwork in shock, taking in the picture before breaking out into a huge smile.
"YOU MADE THIS?!" she asked, full with awe.
"Yeah," you responded, "It took several months."
"Babe... this is amazing!"
You blinked with shock and happiness.
"It is?" you asked.
"Everything you do is amazing but oh my god!"
Safe to say that Mabel was very happy right now.
You started to smile back before bringing up your camera.
"Wanna take a picture?"
"Of course I do!" Mabel answered happily.
You backed up slightly, adjusting the focus before taking the picture. You watched as the photo slid out from the camera, watching as it slowly developed. You slid that picture into the picture album, where's full of pictures you took of nature, yourself and Mabel.
You put the book down before looking at Mabel before she put the painting down on the grass.
Her gaze was full of softened joy as she leaned in closer.
"Happy anniversary," she murmured before kissing you on the lips.
She pulled away as you inhaled.
"You will always be my girl..." she assured you before going back in for another kiss.
You happily accepted the kiss, feeling her warm and soft body on top of yours. It's been a year since you two fell in love and somehow you knew, this was the first year for many to come.
This was mainly for fun honestly. I love these two movies. I didn't expect some dark stuff to happen in Hoppers but it was so good. Spoilers for both movies but they both have an antagonist/villain that poses as the main/side character (who is a well known public figure and faces horrific stuff during the movie) so I think that's why I came up with this idea. Again, in the title, it just said that I got bored and idk what to post so I thought this was something I could do. I did find a love for making mood boards when I started making Hoppers fic. I hope that I explained this well.
You and Me... Always Forever (Yandere! Jerry? × GN! Reader)
Summary: You've been in a long distance relationship with the mayor of Beaverton himself. You've decided to visit him after his rally but he seems to be acting unusual...
Note: This is a yandere fic so expect some dark stuff... I think we all know where this is going. Also expect some Black Mirror stuff to happen.
If you told anyone that you were dating the mayor of Beaverton himself, they'd think you're lying... but it's true. You couldn't blame them, it was a long distance relationship. But it was there. All the video calls and texting, it was there. It's been a while since you've seen him so you decided to take a flight and a little road trip to Beaverton.
You did try to get in touch with him during the rally but he didn't seem to respond back. You shrugged it off, maybe he was focused on the rally and election. You kept driving and finally arrived into the city of Beaverton.
"Weird." you thought, "Was it always this empty?"
You kept on driving anyways. There were still some people so it wasn't THAT empty.
You finally arrived at Jerry's home. You parked your car near the sidewalk before exiting and walking up to his porch. You took a deep breath before knocking on the door. You could hear footsteps coming from the door before it opened, revealing Jerry.
"Oh, sweetie!" Jerry greeted you, his smile wide.
You couldn't help but noticed a few things about him. First off, his shirt was unbuttoned enough to show his chest hair. Secondly, his voice sounded a bit higher than usual, especially for his age. Was that a tiny crown on his head too?
"Hi babe..." you greeted back, "You're acting... different."
"Oh..." he trailed off, "Well I guess the rally has unlocked some confidence in me."
"You were always confident though. And I love you for it."
His face softened at that before inviting you inside. You looked around, expecting his mom to be around. She always enjoyed having you around whenever you visit.
"Where's your mom?" you asked.
Jerry immediately froze before looking back at you.
"She's out of town. She won't be back after a while."
"Ok..."
You knew that Jerry's mom wasn't the type to usually travel, especially without her son to take care of her. This day was getting weirder and weirder.
After unpacking, you and Jerry did some catching up. During your catching up, you asked him about the rally and the apparent ghost town that this city became. He told you that the rally went great and that the people probably just in their homes, having a day off from the rally. You just smile and nod but you couldn't help but think how weird it was for this place to be a ghost town, save for a few people.
Evening soon rolls around and you decided to go out and get some food. Jerry seemed to be more than happy for this which was weird since he loved to cook for you or his mom. When you got into town, all of the restaurants seemed to be empty or closed. You asked some people in town if they knew if any spots were open but they were all tourists who were just confused as you are. Luckily, one suggested a place not too far out of town.
You finally got to that place before ordering something to go. However, the cashier asked you something.
"Are you from Beaverton?"
You blinked, "Yeah but I'm visiting. Why?"
"It's just that some of the people here thought they heard something from Beaverton. Like a loud noise."
"Huh... do you know where?"
They paused for a moment before responding, "I think it was around that glade, y'know where mayor is building the beltway?"
You froze, lost in thought. Wasn't that where the rally was? Jerry mentioned nothing of a loud noise. Then again, Jerry was a bit over the top with his campaigns, his rallies were no different, maybe some music was blasting and the town nearby heard. You paid for your food and drove back. You arrived back to Jerry's home but he was nowhere to be seen.
"Babe!" you called out, "I'm back!"
Jerry entered the living room to see you and immediately hugged you.
"There you are! I missed you so much!"
"I was only gone for half an hour." you told him as you hugged him with your free arm.
Dinner went smoothly though you noticed that Jerry was trying (and failing) to stomach the food. It didn't taste THAT bad to you.
Later that night, as Jerry spooned you, you couldn't help but feel like something very bad is going to happen to you...
Suddenly, in the middle of the night, you woke up. You heard nothing nor see nothing out of the ordinary. It was more like a gut feeling. You noticed that Jerry was gone but then you heard a THUD coming from a room. You instantly went to investigate. You followed the noise down to the basement, where you could hear Jerry muttering. After slowly opening the basement door, you peeked from behind and saw something disturbing.
You saw Jerry... Or more specifically, Jerry's dead body. He was seen, completely stiff and pale. He was in his tank top, blue boxers and knee high black socks. There were obvious signs of decomposition as maggots made their home inside his body and the stench was outright horrible. But then, who was the man you were talking to?
You got that answer as the imposter had his back turned on you. You could see that it was emptying the food from earlier.
"The things I do for them..." he muttered.
You couldn't help but silently gagged at the sight before sneaking away back to the bedroom. You immediately grabbed all your stuff, packed it into your suitcase and snuck out of the house, not caring if you were in your pajamas. This was a horror movie that your ass wasn't going to be apart of.
As you drive back to the airport, you came across the glade and noticed something horrifying. Tons of dead bodies were piled up and the stage for the rally was still up. You were so confused and scared that you almost hit something. You managed to swerve out of the way and in the rearview mirror, it was just some bird crossing. But then suddenly, you started to see thousands of butterflies coming after your car. That couldn't be right, it was something out of a natural horror film.
They started to swarm your car, covering up all the windows. It was only a matter of time before-
CRASH!
The airbag went off as the car crashed into a road railing and into the Beaverton forest. You somehow managed to get out of the car wreck before heard a familiar voice.
"You tried to leave me?"
You looked up to see Jerry, no, the fake Jerry in front of you, surrounded by butterflies like he was a king.
"You stay away!" you yelled at him, trying to back away.
"I don't get it, what did I do wrong?" he asked with faux innocence.
"You have my real boyfriend's body rotting in the basement!"
As Jerry tried to step forward, you didn't hesitate to punch him. He threw his head back from the punch before a branch snagged onto his head and ripped his face off, revealing a robotic exoskeleton underneath. As you screamed in horror, he kept looking at you, somehow with love sickness still in those eyes.
"He was never right for you! He didn't care about those animals like you do..."
You paused. You never told Jerry about your love of animals, especially this version.
"How did you-"
Before you could react, all kinds of animals swarmed at you and then everything went black.
When you finally woke up, you noticed that you were in Jerry's basement. But everything seemed so large now. After looking around, you realized you were in some sort of small exhibit.
"What's going on??" you thought as you looked around.
Your eyes immediately landed on something terrifying. Nearby was your body... in a chair with some sort of weird device surrounding your head. If that was your body... then what-
"You finally woke up." a familiar voice called out.
You looked over to see the fake Jerry looming over you, behind the glass. The skin mask seemed to be sewn back together but one part of his cheek was still missing the skin so the metal exoskeleton was still showing over there.
"What have you done with me?!" you yelled out.
"I made you one of us." he replied.
You looked down to see black fur and you saw your reflection in the glass. With a closer look, you gasped in horror. You were no longer human, you were now a monarch butterfly.
"What the hell?!" you shrieked, "You're a monster!"
"MAYBE I AM!" he yelled before lowering his voice, "But I am your monster."
"I might as well tell you the truth..." the fake Jerry said, "My real name is Titus. And I'm the one responsible for taking the lives of your pathetic excuse of a mate and the rest of the humans that lived here. All of those people from the rally had their brains squished from the fake trees emitting the sound! Not only was the sound very annoying, but loud enough to destroy them! And some kid and those doctors tried to stop me but it was too late."
Your eyes widened with fear, so that's why the town nearby heard the loud noise.
"Why didn't you kill me??" you asked with fear.
"Oh, after I gained possession of the human king's phone, I saw you and started to fall in love with you. Everything about you, your personality to your love for animals, it was too good to be true. The only unfortunate part was that you were human. So I made you one of us..."
"Where's my body?!" Jerry- no, Titus yelled out.
Plenty of the insects rolled over a machine to reveal another monarch butterfly surrounded by the same device that was surrounding your head.
"That's the real me..." Titus murmured out before facing you, "But don't worry, I'll take care of you, like how you took care of me when I was a caterpillar."
"What are you talking about??" you asked, now filled with rage.
"I knew you wouldn't remember but does this sound familiar?" Titus asked before continuing, "You were sitting near the lake on that glade and saw me, a caterpillar just minding my own business. You couldn't help but pet me on the head. I didn't know why I accepted your affection but that was the first time I ever felt something. I never forgot your face since then. Funny how the universe made us cross paths again."
"IT WAS NOTHING BUT A SIMPLE TOUCH!" you yelled.
"To you. But that was the first time a human was nice to me. You can be angry all you want but this is fate!" Titus replied with such lust in his voice.
As realization sank in, you sat on the ground of the tank before you let out choked cries. You couldn't really produce tears as it turns out you're inhabiting a robot just like Titus but you couldn't help to feel helpless in this situation. You felt yourself being scooped up by human hands before being taken out of the tank by Titus.
"No... Don't cry..." he cooed with genuine concern before gently kissing you, "I'll take care of you... It'll just be you and me..."
Summary: Mabel has been visiting the glade for a while now and King George tells Mabel about a wolf roaming around. But Mabel has never seen a wolf before in the glade, no one has. But what happens when she finds out that the wolf is someone whom she expected the least?
Note: This is not a romantic and/or sexual ship. THIS IS A PLATONIC FIC. I better not see any reblogs, comments or asks about how "the age gap is too large" cuz they ain't dating.
In the dark and lonely night of Beaverton, the newly graduated Mabel Tanaka roams around the street on her skateboard. She only had one destination in mind, the wildlife reserve. She'd normally come to the glade to hang out with her animal friends or to calm down when it felt like the world was against her.
Tonight was neither of those nights.
Earlier that day, she arrived at the glade to check up on King George and the rest of the animals. When given her phone, he would usually type out random emojis, the potato and hospital one being his favorite. However, he typed out a few emojis. A wolf, a moon, and a tree. That can not be good. No one has seen a wolf in Beaverton.
So that's why Mabel is out. She finally arrived at the wildlife preserve. Of course, she shouldn't be here but it wasn't her first time invading something off limits and she did worse. She left her skateboard at the rock that sat in front of this lake, just in case she needs a quick escape.
Equipped with a flashlight, she started to explore the woods. The bright full moon was out, moonlight peeking through the branches. It gave off such a mythical vibe that she has never felt before. Suddenly, the light from her flashlight had caught something on the ground. Shoe prints. It was imprinted on the soft dirt and it was bigger than Mabel's. Someone else was here... But who? Mabel kept following the prints, the anticipation and need for answers was growing.
She noticed a figure in the distance. It looked like that of an adult male. When she got closer, she couldn't believe her eyes?
"Jerry?"
There he was, Mayor Jerry, out in the clearing, suit and all. He turned around, his eyes widening.
"Mabel??" He asked, his voice full of fear and shock, "What are you doing here??"
"George told me about the wolf..." Mabel answered, "What are YOU doing here??"
Jerry raised his hands up in surrender, "Look, you have to get out of here."
"I'm not going until you tell me!" Mabel defied him.
He looked more panicked.
"Listen to me! You have to stay-!"
Jerry immediately collapsed on the ground, his breathing erratic.
"Jerry?" Mabel asked with concern
Jerry looked up at the moon before something happened. He grew in size, soft grey and white fur growing from his body. His bones cracked and pop as they shift. His clothes were now just pieces of torn fabric. Mabel just watched as wolf ears appeared on his head and his teeth grew sharper.
Mabel immediately stepped back. When the transformation was finally complete, there stood a giant wolf in Jerry's place, and its head snapped towards Mabel.
"Yeah, I'm out." Mabel thought as she started to run.
The wolf immediately howled, its golden eyes widening before taking off. It had its eye set on the girl.
The forest felt like a labyrinth as Mabel ran. Every twist and turn seemed to be taunting her. Why couldn't she find the lake?? She was too busy thinking before she felt some pounce on her. She turned herself over before she came face to face with the wolf. He was breathing heavily as he snarled and bared his fangs at Mabel.
She was shaking, adrenaline was coursing through her veins. Suddenly, the wolf's breathing started to slow down until it was at a consistent pace. His eyes soften before he stopped showing his teeth. He tilted his head, an ear flicking.
"Roo?" He whined, like a dog realizing it did something bad.
He immediately got off of Mabel before she got up.
"You're the wolf..." Mabel muttered out in shock.
The wolf, Jerry, nodded his head before nudging Mabel with his snout. It seemed like he wanted to follow her.
So Mabel had two choices. She could follow the wolf, or haul her butt and-
The wolf immediately barked at her.
So following the wolf it is.
Jerry started to walk with Mabel in tow. Everything was so quiet now. The wind rustling and the soft sounds of the ground being stepped on were the only things to be heard.
Soon enough, Mabel and Jerry arrived back at the clearing where his torn up clothes were.
"How long have you been a wolf?" Mabel asked as Jerry sat down.
Jerry immediately went to the dirt to write out something. The number 2.
Mabel knew that the full moon was seen once a month so this meant that this was his second time transforming.
"Oh my gosh..." She murmured before sitting down.
"Do you want me to stay?" She asked.
Jerry stared at her before reluctantly nodding, going over to her before laying down on his stomach.
For some reason, Mabel stretched her hand out to pet Jerry on the head. He instantly growled before slowly melting against her touch. He let out what could be described as a wolfy grumble.
"I guess I'll have to tell the others about this. Even if they don't believe me." Mabel thought.
As Jerry relaxed and closed his eyes, Mabel thought about something. Jerry might need help with this... Maybe Mabel could help him with this new side of himself. She was already a busy woman, being Dr. Sam's assistant and helping wildlife, but then again, this could just be another thing she could do. She looked down at Jerry before the wolf looked at her. It was like they shared at mutual understanding and they both knew...
It'll take a while for both of them to understand this, but that's ok.
