4 years. These passed couple of months have been some of the hardest I've had to endure since my Dad passed, and all I think about is how much more I'd grow and learn if he were here. What I would give for 5 minutes of what people call "meaningless conversations with their parents". It's so surreal to not hear his voice for 4 years. There is a new hole in my heart every day I didn't know could be there, whether I need guidance, or just need my Dad being my Dad. I've been thinking a lot more than I regularly do, and I just think about him dealing with my laziness and staying up after he told me to go to bed and doing all of my math problems for me and providing me with a sticky note with the answers an hour before I walked to grade school. He took me to every practice and watched every game. He worked a job he suffered with and did it because he had to while I complain about hard work. He was/is the perfect example of love and sacrifice to me. I hope to see him soon, and thoughtfully, whole-heartedly, thank him for everything in the world he did for me that I didn't appreciate, was too blind to see, and too deaf to hear. Give you're parent(s) a hug for me today please and love your family. It always ends too soon.

Had the best back workout in the world yesterday filled with things I've never done. I don't know why I ever get lazy with how fun this is. My face also looked like I was drugged out, sweaty and just weird so I put a screenshot I took of Guccis snap over mine. Go Irish beat MSU 🍀
