" oh, man, i'm sorry! i'm so clumsy... "
Amaterasu's usually smiling face was a mix of worry and amusement. Already some of the museum gift shop's clerks were busy cleaning up the mess and she in turn looked towards the demigod responsible.
"That was the only time I've ever seen somebody knock a whole shelf of souvenirs. Are you okay dear?" She offers her hand as if to pull him away from the disaster area of smashed snow globes with various little figures of the Museum's exhibits.
"Come on, I'll get you to the infirmary. How did that happen, I wonder?" Her golden eyes swept over the tall demigod's frame, assessing for injury that would require a visit to the hospital rather than just the museum infirmary.
Jonghyun gaped at the shelf of snow globes that now were nothing but shards of glass in puddles of glittery water, heart palpitating in his chest urgently. What have I done?! His panic set in as he tried to count how many of these ornaments he had smashed, his head already hurting from all the calculations he was doing. He couldnât help but pick up the price tag that laid soggily on the floor, shuddering at the thought of multiplying this for compensation. âIâm... Iâm sorry,â his head hung low in embarrassment, a palm reaching to clasp at his forehead as he recalled this horrible moment. He had only walked into the store out of curiosity, as he spotted a windchime he liked at the window; he was pondering the option of decorating his empty apartment with something small like this, and now he should be expecting to be paying for much more than that. The stinging sensation on his palm brought him back to the present, and he looked down to find small cuts sprinkled across the skin. âYou didnât have to... I caused so much trouble!â He protested weakly, but followed the goddess anyway, feeling like he could rely on her kindness to soothe his tension a little longer. He knew eventually she would thrust him a big bill, but he tried not to think about that for now.
