you can get psychosis from depression. for some people it impacts their sense of taste, there's loss of appetite so they don't eat. people get too tired for no other reason. all the time.

anxiety has made plenty of college students vomit before presentations, and some people nauseous for an entire day that they can't eat. i knew someone where their anxiety caused them to bite at their fingers til they bled.

these obviously aren't everything associated with these two disorders—theres much more. but surely my point got across.
