OOC: Woah there!
Despite not having posted anything for quite some time, I am still receiving several notifications that many continue to follow me!
While your enthusiasm to read my articles is absolutely flattering, this blog is on an indefinite hiatus. It would be unfair to not inform everyone that it is so. Once again, while I greatly appreciate all of the positive reviews and fans that I managed to accumulate in a relatively short amount of time, this blog is on hiatus and will remain as such indefinitely.
Editor, over and out!
What story are you following right now?
Unfortunately, as I have found myself to be unusually occupied over the past few weeks, er...as much as it pains me to say, I am not, as of now, following any stories...
(( Whoops been busy, sorry Anon! ;; I will return to writing articles as I have previously once my work is under control. ))
What if I just came up to your house whilst riding a horse merely to sweep you off your feet and carry you away to your own personal paradise? ((Idek if this is ic or ooc. Its late and I have no idea what I'm typing. (ノ=ヮ=)ノ*:・゚✧))
I would first question how intoxicated you are and remind you that my own "personal paradise" is where I am currently, that is wherever there is news to be reported on and an audience wishing to learn the truth!
(( ...I'd ask you how drunk you were and tell you to remove the horse droppings from my lawn ))
Which Austria do you love the most?
What a question! Mr. Austria is Mr. Austria, to pick a favorite amongst him is impossible!

Congratulations, sir or madam! You are my 300th follower!
Perhaps it is as a reward to you, or an incentive for others to follow this ( as of recently, inactive for some time, how unfortunate! ) newspaper, that I will truthfully answer of yours one question within reason!
Choose wisely!
I dunno if I should be Proud or slightly nervous ;w;
ah questions within reason?….WELP! Might as well ask me to jump of the top of the oriental pearl tower in shanghai, china onto a tiny trampoline :3 I guess I can leave this offer with the pride, I’m a 300 on the followers list :D
Very well! As you have made an honorable decision, I will substitute your prize with a rare endorsement from the newspaper!

Headcanons for "The editor"
Mr. Newspaper's "assistant", frequently known as the editor, is a studious, stressed, tech-savvy young woman who helps Newspaper far more than he will ever admit to.
A few years back, Newspaper put an ad out looking for someone to teach him about the newest technology. Newspaper had tried to keep everything in print, but with the world quickly changing around him, he realized that he needed to change with it in order to continue delivering the news.
The editor, just beginning her life as a college student, was searching for all sorts of odd jobs in order to help fund her studies. Noticing the decently paying ad in the paper, she quickly contacted the man with the odd name.
They met up, and she noted that Herr "Newspaper" was far more...eccentric than most people she'd come across before. She spent several days and several sessions teaching him how to use computers, cell phones, websites, photoshop...she wondered how the young man could be able to lack such simple and common knowledge.
Noticing her talent, Newspaper offered her a rare spot working under "the number one name in news!". Although she'd never actually read his newspaper, It didn't seem too hard, she enjoyed writing, and she thought all she'd need to do was keep up some website or forward some calls.
It quickly encompassed most of her life.
She became responsible for Newspaper's actions, answering phone calls from the insane reporter at 3AM, editing news articles that were often too controversial for her own tastes, frequent trips to the post office, finding places of interest, stories of interest, showing him how to use every single device that came out because he had to be "on top of the trends!", and in the end did most of the work transferring the newspaper to a digital format.
She frequently argues with the reporter about his ethics, morals, why he's not supposed to break into people's houses, how "You need to stop calling me when I'm in class!!", and yet she still continues to hold her unreasonable position.
It pays decently enough. She doesn't have time to look for another one. The job itself isn't that hard. There are some perks. She could come up with a million excuses reasons to keep her job that she constantly regrets taking, but she needs to remind herself how much she needs the money for her school whenever she wants to quit.
Unlike Newspaper, she is more aware of things that would be considered controversial, unheard of, upsetting, or may even get them into some serious trouble. She frequently attempts to stop Newspaper from some of his illegal activities, but most of her efforts are quickly disregarded as he usually does whatever he wants anyway. Sometimes she finds his over the top actions amusing.
The feeling of wanting to throw a car at a boss is something she's far too familiar with.
She tries to keep her association with Newspaper on the down low in case anyone actually reads what they publish.
As far as most news articles go, her opinion is "It's just a newspaper." Even so, she still gives her full effort to help out with the journalist's passion for the truth and his ego that she feels the need to rip out of him and beat him with more than not.
She respects his talent for reporting and that's about it. Her own talent and efforts are usually gone unappreciated, so she's unsure of if this feeling is mutual. She doesn't really care, she has other things to worry about. Like getting in trouble for the trouble he causes or how she's going to finish that paper for her next class.
Her job can be exciting on certain occasions.
When the digital version of the newspaper isn't updated for a while, it's because she's busy with her studies. During this time period, she is without a doubt being harassed by Newspaper nonstop to get it running again.
She's often as or more sleep deprived than Newspaper.
She's far more laid back than Newspaper in general, but she gets stressed quite a bit easier than him. Her speaking and writing styles are not nearly as formal as his and she doesn't have a stick up her ass like he constantly seems to. She's more caring and respectful than him to a point ( which isn't really saying much ).
Calls him "Newsy" when she's trying to piss him off or behind his back.
Most of their communication is done indirectly.
Newspaper sees her as a lackey, someone below him, and it took him a while to see her as anything more than just another human. He almost never mentions her or gives her credit for her work. He will occasionally admit that without her, the newspaper would not have gone digital as soon as it did, but that's about as far as he'll go.
For the most part, Newspaper finds, writes, reports on, travels for, and deals with publishing the physical newspaper itself as well as television interviews and other perks of being a newsperson.
The editor deals with...editing, publishing the digital version, trips to the post office, revising certain things so they would appeal to a younger audience, cultural studies, teaching Newspaper how to use technology, answering phone calls, keeping up the website, and any other "dirty work" that she needs to do in order to get paid.
