Hilton canceled a trip she was going to make to the US this month, where she was going to participate on Saturday (12) in a panel at the Brazil Conference, and says she will take action against US President Donald Trump at the UN (United Nations) because she considers the case to be transphobic and disrespectful of her Brazilian civil records.
UPDATE: fellow transgender Brazilian congresswoman Duda Salabert has been informed her visa will also register her as male.

For context: The twins only have each other in this AU as Stan got turned into an ANOMALY when protecting Mabel. Before things got worse, Ford managed to trap and capture Stan to monitor and research on his infection stages. And.. you can imagine how distraughted the young twins must be seeing their infected Grunkle strapped down onto a chair, knowing the parasite is just eating away at him and processing his brain's memories for mimicry.
Eventually, the government reached out to Ford asking him to assist with creating an antidote. He agreed to leave Gravity Falls behind in order to find a solution to save the world, leaving the twins with only a pair of keys that they wear around their neck that access emergency vaccine kits and gas masks in case spore exposure gets too high. (Will make another post more about the ANOMALI3S and its stages etc.)

It all started with the psychological thing with her unresolved trauma from losing her brother in her timeline, and she regrets turning him down in the most horrible way possible since that was how their relationship strained in the first place. The Dipper from her timeline would always remind her to take her pills daily to keep her sanity in line, but after the time trip she abandoned that one responsibility.
Mabel always wanted to apologise and tell him that they could try if they wanted to, but it just wasn't the right time because it was in the middle of the apocalypse and she was freaking out, so time and place really ruined it all for them.
So, because she doesn't really have the Dipper from her timeline to express these feelings, nor does she have her grunkles with her as an outlet to vent out her feelings, she ends up projecting it onto younger dipper by grooming him + Her sanity's gone down post-time trip, so i would say she's a tad bit obsessive and posessive and that led to falling for him hard.

Now, things are a little more angsty with these two. Dipper still being cold, indifferent and finding his sister annoying despite the time trip is one thing. But another is being slapped in the face with a wake up call reminding him that no matter what happens, they have always stayed by each other's sides. They've done it before, they can do it again.
Dipper softens up, but he still struggles to express or show that he still cares. After all, he had to put up this tough demeanor as a front to protect his sister. But internally, he can't stop thinking and worrying about the Mabel in his own timeline. Is she safe? Is she eating well? Is she taking her pills for her sanity? Did she find her way back?
He'd silently watch the younger Mabel's still happy-go-lucky self and hope that she doesn't turn out that way, not in this timeline. He's clinging onto that last piece of memory of her and cherishing it through acts of service — like piggybacking her whenever she's too tired to walk, or giving a bigger portion of his food to her with the reason that "she needs it to grow stronger".
Younger!Mabel falls in love with this Dipper — there's just something about him, from the matured masculinity to the tender acts of unspoken affection. He doesn't have to say anything, but she knows deep down that he loves her. He loves her too much to lose his sister again, so he'll make sure she's alive and healthy in this one.
Mabel would confess and kiss him first, and Dipper would turn her down in this timeline at first — something he internally just wanted to do out of spite for the Mabel in his own timeline. However, with time and slowly opening up, he starts to see and understand why he fell in love with her in the first place. Instead of saying anything that's gotta do with "taking back his words", he would just pull her into a deep kiss out of nowhere.

summary: Dipper asks Stan to teach him to dance and accidentally goes to far. Stan confesses he's got a partner, but Dipper doesn't back down.
It was mid afternoon as Dipper came back from a walk in the woods on his lonesome. His head preoccupied with their seventeenth birthday party that they always threw at the end of the summer, running over last year's events in his head. It'd been embarrassing, he tried to dance with a girl that had moved there and had talked to on occasion but completely fumbled the bag. Uncoordinated and nervous, he remembered himself stepping on her feet at least twice, not knowing how to lead in that kind of thing. She'd eventually stomped away angry, leaving him to consider taking lessons.
Walking into the living room, Stan sat at the table with a PittCola and greeted him. "Hey, kid. How was your walk?" From the look on his face, the elder could tell something was amiss and on his mind, furrowed brows and a generally displeased expression.
"It was... fine." Pulling out a chair and sitting, Dipper sighed and observed his great uncle. He'd certainly changed over the years of seafaring with his twin, more muscle from hauling up their anchor and fighting monsters. The most notable change was how much happier he seemed in general. After the apocalypse, he was the unspoken favorite for both the younger twins. Maybe in more ways than one for Dipper, although he'd never consider telling anyone that he had a newfound crush. It easily developed over the years, he pushed his guilt down each time via telling himself that no one would ever know. How could he not, he was their hero, rough on the edges but with a heart of gold.
"Doesn't sound fine, what's up?" He asked, taking a sip from his can.
"Do you remember our last birthday party? How I danced with that girl and I stepped all over her?" Dipper asked, said in a sort of shameful but honest way.
"Sheesh, uh, yeah. That was kind of a train wreck, no offense."
"Don't worry, I'm very aware of that," This year won't be like that, he's determined to fix it, "Would you teach me? If you uh, know any dancing that is."
A smile creeped across his great uncle's face, "Eh, well, I know how to slow dance. Knowing that's better than nothing, so I can teach you that."
Nodding quickly, he responded, "Yes! Please, I'd like that."
"Sure, yeah. If you want, I can get my record player and you can pick the vinyl." He stood up, gesturing at him for him to come with. The look on his face was cute, Stan could describe it, smiling like he just won the lottery or something. How he was excited to practice dance with an old man like him, Stan would never know.
Dipper followed him to his room. The implication of what he asked set in, heart hammering in his chest thinking about how close they're going to be. Soon enough, they're back in the living room and he watched Stan set up the old device.
He turned it up just enough to ebb off the silence before turning and stepping to the middle of the room, saying, "Alright, I'll lead first so I can show ya how it's done."
"Okay," Dipper replied softly, shuffling toward him with warmth in his face that he knew was a blush. He stared at his uncle's chest as Stan's hand reached for his shoulder and placed his warm, large hand on his upper shoulder blade.
"You'll want your right hand on her back," Stan's other hand reached for Dipper's and guided it to his own, "And her hand goes on your shoulder. Then you'll hold hands with her," their fingers intertwined at the side. He was unphased at his grip and the way Dipper pressed their palms flush together. "Look down at your feet to get a feel for this. Now step to the left," Stan's foot went first, and he followed, doing as told. "And step back," They did, then he said, "Again, always with your hands leading the way a little." The two did the motion again, stepping together in sync.
Saying nothing about his nephew's pink ears and cheeks, Stan told him, "To make things interesting, you gotta go in sort of a circle. When you lead, you push her shoulder towards you a little and push with your hand." He did just that, then they stepped continuously in rotation. His nephew's movements were a little slow and rigid, but he was starting to get the hang of it. Eventually, Dipper's head lifted to orient himself like he's getting the hang of it, looking pleased and then they were back to where they started.
Thinking to himself during this, Stan knew Dipper had grown so much, better and smarter than him and Ford both. Maybe not as tall or strong yet, but he could be with time. Affection flooded his heart, giving him a pat on the back, "There ya go, now all you need is some more practice and smoother steps, then you can add twirls and dips and whatnot."
Stan doesn't miss the slight glance at his lips, feeling awkward that they were close still. He pulled back, barely releasing Dipper's hand before lips are on his suddenly. His mind goes blank, besides a self-chastising feeling of wanting to pull back but... it felt like he was sixteen again and practicing kissing twin brother. But how awful was that, since one, Dipper is his nephew, and two, he's still in love with-
Ford. He pulled back then, "Woah, uh-"
"I'msosorry!" The younger man exclaimed and stepped back, shock across his own face that he did something like that, "I was just caught up in the moment and then, then I figured this was practice for the- the real thing. Bad call on my part, I get it-"
"Caught up in the moment? Kid, I know a romantic stare when I see one. The thing is, is that I've already got a partner. Or else, I might've..." Stan dragged a hand down his face.
A heartbroken expression appeared on his nephew's pretty face, "Y-you have a partner? How come you never told Mabel and I?"
"Because you already-" He stopped, "You shouldn't know. What we're doing isn't exactly..."
The pause was all it took for Dipper to figure it out. "We already know," he echoed, "who it is. Your partner. It's Ford, isn't it?" His uncle's face grimaced at the truth.
"Or else you might have what?" Dipper repeated, "If you didn't have... him."
"Might've done something I shouldn't have."
"Stan," He sighed, frustrated, "Mabel wants Ford and I um, have a crush on you. You've even seen them flirting and said 'that's cute'!" Dipper took a step toward him, "Do you think he'd be that mad? If I kissed you again?"
"Not too furious, but why?"
"You're handsome, strong, funny... I liked you a lot more after meeting the real author."
Sighing, Stan let's him place a hand on his cheek, "Alright, just this once. As practice, got it?"
"Sure," He said, before kissing him again. Their lips shifted with Dipper placing a hand on his chest. Stan let it happen, he had a weak spot for him that grew with the sickening sense of attention. One of his hands held the back of his nephew's thick brown curls at the base of his neck, thinking I shouldn't feel like this.
But he does, and he even let Dipper's tongue explore his own for maybe a minute. Twisting together before stomps are coming down the stairs, indicating their lack of privacy. They pull away, yet Dipper remarked, "That didn't feel like 'just practice'."
Stan grumbled something as Mabel rounded the corner, looking a bit disheveled herself. She greeted, "Hi grunkle Stan! Dipper, can I talk to you? Outside?"
"Yes, you may," He excused himself, but turned to his uncle, "Thanks for the dancing lesson, by the way."
"N-No problem, kid." He gritted out, watching as he walked away, swept outside by his sister. A bitter hole ate away at his heart. He'll have a lot to talk to Ford about.
