its just mind boggling to see posts about…literal facts and news, lesbian erasure, posts warning of transmisogynists, etc. and your first thought is …… “i need to go search up keywords on ops blog to make sure they did not rb a mean post about asexuals” like im sorry but your priorities are seriously out of order. even spicier take: “non-binary” means a thousand different things to a thousand different people and therefore anyone of any sexuality could theoretically be attracted to a non-binary person in some capacity, so if you’re gay and someone you’re attracted to says, “i’m non-binary,” you don’t actually have to redefine your entire identity, you can just drink a cup of sleepytime tea and go right on being gay and into non-binary people.

Not only did they deny him medical treatment for COVID-19 despite the fact there’s no indication the hospital was at capacity, they didn’t give him food and water. The man starved to death.

The hospital said they decided not to treat or feed him because he “didn’t have any quality of life” and medical treatment and food wouldn’t “improve his quality of life”. His wife Melissa asked the doctor, “Being able to live isn’t improving quality of life?” (Source)

Y’all they murdered a disabled black man in the hospital in Texas because they decided his life wasn’t worthwhile. What actual fifth version of hell are we living in.

maybe this is co troh verse shell but i do not care about why people are lgbt. i will not entertain any effort by cishet people to figure out what “went wrong” with us to make us lgbt. i simply do not care.

if im nonbinary and bisexual because i chose to be, then goddamn i have great taste. i would make the same choice again and again in every lifetime.

if im nonbinary and bisexual because i was born this way, then goddamn i won the fucking lottery.

if i am nonbinary and bisexual because of a mix of genetics and circumstances, then i am the luckiest son of a bitch alive.

arguments about how lgbt people should be supported because “it’s not their fault/they didn’t choose it” are ugly. arguments that there’s a gay gene will only lead to eugenics/bio essentialist arguments.

trying to discover the “cause” of what makes people lgbt is counterproductive at best and downright malicious most of the time.

It's been about a month since the protests have started but it seems like people already started to forget it. It's not over yet. It's not a trend, it's not a moment, it's a movement. People are still fighting.

- Breonna Taylor's murderers still aren't arrested.

- Black people are being LYNCHED.

- Elijah McClain's murderers still aren't arrested.

- animals that you call "police officers" pepper sprayed A CHILD.

- Sara Grossman was killed by police after exposure to tear gas during protest. Police officers gassed her to death (thanks to @01000101-01110111 for pointing that out!)

- Indigenous women are still missing and no one is looking for them

Police haven't changed their ways and that's just an extremely small portion of what actually has happened these days (I will be more than happy to post entire list of sh1t cops have done in protests). People are still fighting, don't be silent, go sign petitions, donate, watch videos that all profit directly goes to BLM organisations. I don't have a large audience but I'll try my best to support blm and so should you.
