Aaaand Netflix cancelled The OA.

I mean, after Sense8, The Get Down, and Tuca & Bertie, it was to be expected, I suppose. I can’t say I’m not disappointed. These were all excellent shows, masterpieces, for some of them, and this includes the OA.

And Netflix didn’t promote them nearly as much as they should have. And cancelled them.

But sure, let’s produce yet another season of 13 R*asons Why, a show that was written to last one season. Let’s pay to have regressive stand up comedy. That way we’ll be sure to cash in some more money so that we can keep on producing exactly that kind of content that is neither artistically interesting nor anything new.

In fact, I am disappointed. But not even surprised.

I need to learn the five movements and go to a different dimension where Netflix doesn’t suck.
