rewatching arrested development and I’m halfway through season 2 and like. it’s crazy the bluth company still has employees. like you’re trying to sit in a board meeting with the company president but his older brother named GOB keeps bursting in to do magic. every once in a while you see his niece in the copy room when she should FOR SURE be in school. sometimes his teenage son is there and he’s always awkwardly endearing. At office parties you’ll run into your boss’s mom (nasty and drunk) being trailed by his younger brother (has a hook for a hand) or his sister (attempting to flirt with all the employees) and her husband (a failing actor). You go home and turn on the news and you see your boss’s dad (aka your former boss) is missing and on the run for stealing money from the company and also building houses in Iraq for saddam hussein. you choose to go into work the next morning.
