Rev-9 would be a much stronger opponent than T-1000, but it's only because Rev-9 has more agility and can act more human like than T-1000.

Mr Snake and his friends would definitely struggle to stop Rev-9 from terminating who ever one of The Bad Guys members is.

Brassfall12 is the sample used in Terminator 2: Judgement Day and it is used for the villain of Terminator 2: Judgement Day, the T-1000.

T-1000 is a mimetic polyalloy (known as artificial liquid metal) terminator and it can shape shift and morph its limps into solid blades.
