I throughly enjoyed this one as it’s always been one of my favorite movies. The background information we got was amazing and I am so glad to have it now. Learning more about Tom Riddle I think we imperative to figure out who he really was as a child before turning into the dark lord. Also getting a bit of Hagrid background was also beneficial. He was always one of my favorite characters, but through these books I’ve grown to love him more and more. I am finding that I feel our leads were cast very well for their roles in the movies from the books too. I feel their essence more and how the actors brought who they truly were to the screen seems even more impressive. I’m excited to continue.

I’m ashamed to say that this is the first time I have read through this book. I’ve been a fan of Harry Potter and the movies since the first film came out and just never got around to the book, but boy am I glad I finally did. The subtle difference from the book and the movie were amazing. I have to say that I’ve grown more fond of Neville from reading the book opposed to the movie. But I love how the film really did stick to the book for the most part. Such an amazing and relaxing read. I look forward to book two.

This book was such an excellent ending to such a beautiful story. I loved to read about Hardin and Tessa so much. I loved to watch them fight and make up. Inevitably always ending up with each other! They were made for each other and nothing that happened in these four book would change that. I loved to watch them change and grow. Watch their friendships and families grow! It was something amazing to read and I’m ready sad that it’s over. Truly I did love this story. It’s one I definitely think I’ll be reading again.

I was happy to see that this book was a little different than the second. It was nice to see how much Hardin and Tessa have grown separately and together than the first book. There were so many twists and turns in this book that I was not expecting and the ending left me wanting more. I can’t wait to read the next book. Every book I read gets better and better.

This book was not as good as the first one and yet still very enjoyable. I loved watching Hardin and Tessa’s relationship grow and falter while they tried to figure out who they were and who they wanted to be. What drove them together and separately. I do feel like this book was much like the first and I’m hoping for some difference in the third book besides the constant back and forth. I am excited to read more about their journey.

I cannot stress enough just how good this book was. I started it in the morning and finished it by the time the sun set. The complex relationship between Hardin and Tessa was so enjoyable to reading. Learning things about them both at every turn. We learned so much about these characters and watched them grow together. I feel in love with them. It was beautiful and passionate and I can’t imagine loving it more. The ending, although I knew it was coming, was still a good ending. It was the most predictable part of the book but I genuinely felt like it had to happen. I can’t wait to see what book two hold. Five stars from me.

This book had such a beautiful ending to an incredible story. I was laughing and crying and so angry at times. Needless to say I felt all possible emotions while reading this book. It was so good and yet I’m so sad that it’s over. I’m going to miss out characters and reading about their adventures together. I love how the author always gives us so much of a story line and it always comes full circle in the end. She wraps up the end of her stories so beautiful and I am never disappointed by the ending. I think I will definitely be reading these books again.

This book was incredibly good! After reading the reviews I was afraid I’d be disappointed, but I was anything but disappointed. I truly loved it. Seeing lily transform into something more was a truly amazing experience. The love she shared with Amon and her other selves was inspiring and I have to say I could see how it wasn’t for everyone but I truly thought it was the book for me. I am a sucker for a good romance and the author always gives me that. I know there is a happy ending around the corner but as of now I’m excited to see the journey for all our characters to get there. I found myself wanting to read faster to get to the end to see what happens. Five stars from me.

This book was so wonderful. I have always been a fan of Colleen Houck’s writing and she did not disappoint with this novel. The characters were so likable and although Lily and I live two completely different lives I could still relate to her. Trying to find what she wants out of life while still trying to uphold her parents wishes is not easy. I think we all have been there in one time or another. Amon and his brothers were amazing. I loved their back story and their mission and genuinely loved their personalities and although they wanted to protect lily they never made her feel as though she was inferior to them although she was. They loved her and protected her and I loved that so much about this story. With the ending I cannot wait to see what the next two books hold. There is no way I can predict what is coming.

This book was a little slower than the first one, but by the end I was glad I stuck it out. I was worried that this book wouldn’t hold much of a storyline different than the first and while I was right I was also wrong. There was so much change and growth with the characters in this story. So many realizations and hardships they had to endure that I had not expected. I am excited to see more of what the third and final book will hold for the characters as I have grown rather fond of them. I cannot predict what will come next and that is thanks to the impeccable writing of the author.

This book was incredibly well written. I loved it although it was different from what I generally read. I’ve never read a book about the Ottoman Empire before, yet it was throughly an enjoyable read. Lada was by far my favorite character. I loved watching her grow into a feral yet strong child into a fierce warrior woman. Her character development was absolutely incredible through out the story. Radu was similar to this. He went from being a sad little boy to a man who found his own way being who he was. Following the two of them on their journey was thrilling. Watching them face unknown trials never knowing what the future would hold for them. They held their friendships dear to them and yet, they loved each other unconditionally in their own way. With the ending of this book, I’m very curious to see what the next will bring for them.

I don’t even know where to start describing this book. The first thing I would like to say is the authors writing is impeccable! The world he has created is so intriguing and absolutely held my attention the entire time. The character building is so complex that in this book I felt like the characters were completely different people and yet the same. There was so much development to them and I was amazed at how much they had grown. The story line just kept surprising me as the book went on. And that ending I don’t think could have been predicted by anyone. What an incredible sequel to the first book. I have grown fond of this world and the characters in it. I cannot wait to see what adventures the third book will hold for all of them! Truly an amazing novel.

This book was so good I wish I could give it more than five starts. I've had this book sitting on my shelf for awhile and finally got the chance to read it and I am so glad I did. The world that has been built by the author was amazing. While reading I honestly felt like I was in it with the characters. The structure was well thought out and I am looking forward to learning more of it with the second book. Citra was so strong in the face of death, striving to be companionate although she hated everything about what being a scythe would mean. Rowan was thrown all over the place in this book, constantly fighting the demons that were contained within him. I would have to say he was my favorite character in the book. I cannot wait to learn more about their journey as they take the next steps in their lives. This book was truly remarkable.

While I really enjoyed this book, it did take me longer to get through. I know that there was so much that needed to happen, but all the planning just wasn’t that exciting to me. I loved all the characters and their different stories, but having so many and jumping around so much did make it harder to follow. With that being said, the story was amazing. I loved the way it ended, although of course I still wanted to know more about what could potentially happen after, it was a nice ending. Cinder had come so far from the first book and it was great to see that growth within her character. No longer the afraid cyborg that she once was. I felt so attached to these characters and their stories, staying true to the fairytales they resembled. I will cherish these books, and would probably reread them. They were amazingly written and planned out, I thought the writing was truly beautiful.

This book was my favorite so far in the series. It was amazing to watch our hero’s grow and work together to try and make the world a better place. I enjoyed watching them planning and rescuing everyone who needed it. There were some aspects that broke my heart which made me feel all the feels. I loved this take on the classic of repunzel it’s always been one of my favorite stories. It was weaved in beautifully to the story line just as the last two were. I am excited to learn more as I get closer to closing this series. There is so much left to do and I’m curious to see how our hero’s turn everything around!

I really enjoyed book two of this series. Although I didn’t like it as much as the first, it did have its aspects that appealed to me. The introduction to new characters was exciting. Finding out the pieces that made them all come together. Also, I enjoyed learning more about Cinder’s back story as well. She come to terms with who she was in this book and I think that’s important moving forward. Although I know it’ll be a difficult task for her, I’m excited to see what she will accomplish as the books go on. The story is incredible and I love the classic fairy tales that are in these books with the authors special twist.

This book was so good I devoured it in a day. And I already have book two on standby. I was a little nervous at first because I’m not a big cyborg fan, but in this book it was executed very well. I loved the spin on the classic tale of Cinderella. Some things were really predictable, but I think I would have been upset if they didn’t work out that way. This book was beautiful while also heartbreaking. Watching cinder love the way she does really tore at my heart. However, if she didn’t she wouldn’t have found out who she really was. I loved the characters in this book and their development. They stayed true to who they were and that was a beautiful thing to read. I am really looking forward to reading more in this series.
