All through the scripture, God has chosen the weak to fight great battles. The battle plans of God often don’t make any sense. For example, in Exodus, the Israaelites were in captivity, depressed and hopeless. They didn’t have the resources to be set free from the oppressive Egyptian rule.

But when they cried out to God, God initiated a battle plan. God picked an 80-year old man to set them free. With just a stick and God’s promise he went on to execute this massive plan. Like Moses, we may not have much to offer to God, but we can offer ourselves to Him. We too can be powerful instruments of deliverance in our generation. When we simply say yes to Jesus, He will enable you to do what you need to do what you’re called to do.
