Maybe I loved Lake Huron

Because it felt undying

Unresting

Swelling and battering

Rising up and decrying

Having its fits

Condemning;

Itself unsure if it is

Condemned

Neck deep

I stood there for

A while.

So as I rejected everything

So did it with me

A two undying

Our greyish

Brownish bluish

Greenish

Fractal capping spray

Tucked into

A pocket of pines.

O' way out

In the wilderness.

I love this so much

I didn't crumble

When the carpet was swept

I found the floor with my hand

And pulled myself back

Up again

I used to ask why

Why I should

What for?

But I see now

One is a dead end road

Whereas the other is

Not

Oh boy I just

Cut

Myself down, from

All the normalcy I'd built

Over months

On the possibility that you

Might be mad at me

Game over

All my friends:

"come on man, just do it! Come with! It'll be great!"

Me: what about ____________, and _________, and ________?

"oh. Idunno I didn't think about that. I do not think about others."

Because of the fires up north

The moon is a bloodied red

How desperately

The sadness sprints through me

A fleeting but endless herd

So as a river does it run

That won't have a family

That I was

Myself, too fleeting

For too long

Too sad

To belong.

Too sad for

Too long.

What did I do?

But the only words they have

There is a mindless mongering

A devouring need to

Call someone else stupid

With no self reflection

Whatsoever

This is dogma
