So what exactly is our Mars sign? Mars is considered an inner planet, meaning planets closest to Earth. These planets help us shape our basic personality. Mercury is our mind and how we speak, Venus is our creativity, love language, and our values, and Mars is our drive, passions, temperament, and sexuality. Mars is a masculine planet and masculine planets represent our physical energy.

Aries: Aries Mars individuals know exactly what they want and won’t hesitate when it comes to taking action. They’re blessed with the gift of being bold and courageous. While they may be quick to know what it is they want, they are also very quick to change their minds about whatever it is they were pursuing originally. Aries Mars are also known to be impulsive and have a short fuse when it comes to getting angry. It’s important that they practice restraint and mindfulness, also they would excel in sports with all the energy they have.

Zodiac Signs and Body Parts

Aries: Rules the head, the throat, the brain, and the eyes. Aries are known to have sensitive heads, meaning they’re prone to getting headaches, migraines, as well as eye issues as well (could wear glasses.) Their bold personas may lead them to suffer from a lot of mental stressors.

Taurus: Rules the throat and neck. This also includes the thyroid glands and vocal chords. Taurus placements are known to suffer from sore throats often as well as some thyroid issues (underactive or overactive thyroid.) Taurus placements are also good at singing for the most part.

Gemini: Rules the arms, lungs hands, and the nervous system. Geminis are known to talk with their hands, they also tend to think out loud. Geminis are also really good at writing and telling stories on paper, not to mention they love to take notes and jot things down in their notebooks. Geminis also tend to worry a lot so they attempt to keep themselves busy, much like Capricorns. The excess worrying can lead to breathing problems and anxiety attacks.

Cancer: Rules the chest, brain, and stomach. Cancers are very motherly, nurturing, and family oriented, as well as sensitive and intuitive. This sign rules over the home and the family. Many cancers suffer from indigestion and may struggle with their weight as well. Speaking of which, cancers tend to be on the “heavier” side. They also tend to have larger breasts and pectoral muscles.

Leo: Rules the heart, spine, spinal columns, and upper back. Leos are the sign of the lion and tend to be bold and love the attention/spotlight. Their posture tends to affect their spine, whether that be because they slouch too much or they peck their chests out way too much. Leo’s also tend to be stronger physically and mentally. In some cases, Leos can suffer from heart disease and scoliosis.

Virgo: Rules the digestive system, intestines, and spleen. Virgos are known to be cautious and peculiar, especially with what they put in their body... let’s just say that they tend to be hypochondriacs. They struggle with removing excess waste, whether that be mentally or physically. Virgos tend to have digestive issues such as constipation, ibs, excess gas, etc. They also have very strong intuition, much like water signs. Their anxiety can cause them digestive issues, basically their anxiety manifests in the stomach.

Libra: Rules the kidney, shin, lower back, and buttocks. They do say Libra’s have nice booties... anyways. Libra’s have such an array of body parts due to the fact that they do represent the scale. It’s all about balance. Libra’s have a strong desire for balance and all the body parts play a major part in that desire for it. Libra’s are likely to stress about the body  parts being out of balance which can cause more aches and pain. Libras are known to have good/perfect posture and clear skin.

Scorpio: Rules the reproductive system and sexual organs. Scorpios are pretty sexual, it’s actually not some made up stereotype. Scorpio placements are likely to suffer from chronic UTI’s, yeast infections, and bacterial infections. This is due to how sensitive Scorpios are “down there.” These individuals are also very clean and take hygiene seriously, especially with their private areas you could say. Scorpios also tend to have a higher sex drive than most of the signs. (Mars and Venus especially)

Sagittarius: Rules the hips, thighs, and the liver. Have you ever heard that sagittarians look like horses? I mean this could be true because of their legs and hips. Those features tend to stand out and is easily one of the best aspects of a sagittarian. Sagittarians can suffer with hip problems. This could mean joint pain as well. They may also have liver problems due to drinking and partying. Sagittarians tend to have long legs as well.

Capricorn: Rules the joints and the skeletal system. I refer to Capricorns as “old souls” because they remind me of old people... in a cute way. Capricorns may suffer from arthritis or have arthritis like symptoms. They tend to carry stressors, not only their own but others. This stress can manifest as back pain as well as knee pain. Capricorns tend to have nice teeth and jawlines as well, they might even have longer chins.

Aquarius: Rules the ankles and the circulatory system. Sometimes aquarian’s bodies can’t keep up with their minds... aquarians really do talk to themselves in their head 24/7. Aquarians seem to have trouble grounding do to the fact that they are on earth (their feet) but their head makes it seem like they’re in space. I mean, they are known as the aliens of the zodiac, right? They may have shin, calf spasms as well as pull a Charlie horse every now and then.

Pisces: Rules the feet and the lymphatic system. Think of Pisces as an sponge,,, they absorb everything. Energy, emotions, the problems of other people, etc. This can affect their immune system due to the excess worry and stress. They are also very sensitive to harmful substances and may have a lot of allergies. Sometimes Pisces are referred to as bubbles. They might also have a bit of a foot fetish. Pisces placements also seem to trip a lot, it’s almost like their feet can’t work sometimes.

New Moon in Leo

🌙 18/19th August 2020

Leo moon brings us a new energy, which could be felt strongly by many of us. The moon is being aspected by Mars, Mercury and Saturn, so it is quite powerful and can have the affect of making us busy and even irritated.

Think about your self expression. How do you want to show yourself to the world? Is the way you are presenting yourself right now truly authentic? Like always, remove what is no longer working for you and focus on what’s working.

Leo is all about confidence, so setting intentions to feel better, stronger, is a great idea. Spend some time doing what you love, don’t be afraid to be super playful during this moon!

Ego (Societal) vs. Self (Learning)

There comes a point in life where in a sense you have two divides while learning and growing.

One of which is how we are growing up and the various labels we apply to make sense of everything. Of course this is very helpful at first because you do not have the conceptual idea of your innate self. You gain this through rapidly grasping what is easiest to understand building this foundational knowledge. This would be more of a ego sense of learning due to the fact that we are limited by our surroundings and who we learn from isn't always optional or optimal to our growth.

The other type delves more into actualisation of your own concept of yourself and what interests you more naturally than anything else. This more likely starts to occur as the brain starts to differentiate between what is right and wrong to you. Because instead of purely knowing for example that a teacher is truly knowledgeable, you discover that they are more specialized in particular knowledge sets which can lead to applying that information to others naturally or not.

The second type of what we start to strive for and it can be rather easy to be lead astray by other individual words or concepts. Except all you are doing is adopting their point of view rather than making a conscious effort to understand the information given. We allow the ego which we grow up with to override what is actually a deeper lesson underneath to expand upon.

To go into a different tangent though similar, how do you deal with new information that intrigues you. But you are placing how you take in the information due to how your egotistical role is to them. So going back to the teacher example, a ideal teacher is one who is also learning from the students as well as expanding on their studies. However, when you stop taking in that information because of topics that make one unduly aware of internal flaws. When you react to information in a negative light due to a need to act a certain way, then you reject information which could benefit someone else and change their perspectives. You are not only limiting yourself due to certain roles (mother, teacher, pastor, etc), you are not acting in your best interests of learning as a vulnerable, curious individual who is not settling for a limiting cap of knowledge.

Of course, one cannot just detach entirely from the concepts of those roles. The labels you can remove, but the core keywords that created those phrases can help to take in new knowledge naturally. Take a mother label as an example. If you find a topic that your child is showing you to be fascinating to you as an individual, learning to take in the information without the practice of pretending to like something is a lesson to learn.

Overall, when learning to start to utilize information in a more natural manner to one's self instead of what we grew up with, then people will naturally flock to those who also share those ideals or ways of learning. This applies not only to friendships and family, but to any form of relationship that one decides to interact in.
