i have been eating like a hog recently i need to throw up my life
i feel so fat and ugly today and ugly hair and oh my god i hate everything
remember to eat a green today <3
obsessed with broccoli on pizza
maintaining right now because my mom literally asked if i’m eating enough and i will die if she finds out.
happy to say though i’ve made the transition to vegetarian and i couldn’t be happier!
woke up this morning 99 pounds what

breakfast this morning:
1 egg and 2 egg whites scrambled with spinach, half an avocado, 2 brazil nuts, 1 c black coffee = about 375 c4l
m3alsp0 maybe?? idk i like to start the day with more food (more energy) rather than wait. mutuals do you eat a big or small breakfast?

work lunch today! about 600 cal i am really just losing myself. i want to be healthy. i feel like this isn’t even healthy because of how high cal it is even though it’s full of protein (egg), macro- and micro-greens, and healthy fats (avocado).
