Zone 6 Venue #ALLSTAREASTER party
Listen up my beautiful people…
So yours truly attended the #ALLSTAREASTER party by LiveAmp on the 20 of April at Zone 6 Venue (its located in Diepkloof, Soweto by the way) - yeah kasi vibes are always the best vibes.
Anyways, back to business - the event was proppppeeeeer, hella dope, epic and all the other alluring adjectives you can think of but basically it was a turn up and a half!! Wrapped up in a swaggy easter basket, and topped with an ALL STAR LINE UP - by the likes of DJ Kent, DJ Clock, Heavy K, Speedsta, Sizwe Dlhomo, DJ Tira, Hudson, DJ Olwee, Nathan Mayor, Chris Beatz, Keenan O, Twins On Decks, Nkanyezi clearly the line-up was super crazy and the deco did not disappoint either.
Well, I mean I think it was supposed to be snow and don’t get me wrong it looked kool but the “snow” felt kinda weird – now that I think of it - it felt more like pap than snow J but anyways, that’s a conversation for another day.
The MCees (Pearl Thusi, Warras and LootLove) were great and looked fresh but for me personally, Pearl killed it!!!!
The venue was filled up to capacity and a majority of the people showed up in their All Stars as per the party’s dress code - well done to those peeps. I was not lucky enough to experience all the DJ’s play but DJ Clock shut it down with his latest banger ‘Pluto (Remember You)’ featuring those yummy hunks Beatenberg who unfortunately did not grace us with their presence.
Oh and can we have a moment of silence for DJ Olwee aka “The Dancing DJ”- how he can dance and play at the same time is beyond me – I swear having that much energy is a crime. Shoutout to DJ Tira for murdering DJ Fisherman’s ‘Happy Song’, it was hella dope and the hip-hop DJ’s by the likes of DJ Speedsta and Sizwe Dlhomo did not disappoint either.
All in all — big ups to Zone 6 Venue…They delivered, once again!!!!
