This time, I've worked on the exterior design of the house and the entryway.
If you have any ideas for additional furniture or details I could add here - feel free to let me know!
I'd also be happy to discuss the game itself or any creative software.
The reflections are really slowing down my PC, which you can see in this video. Because of that, I'm not sure if I'll keep them in the animation, but I just wanted to show off what cool features Blender is capable of!

Who else is crazy about this hat?
He loves this hat, and let's be honest, it suits him perfectly. It looks great with Civil Corps uniform, too.
Living room design
For those who haven't come across my work yet: this is my fan-made 3D animation for My Time at Sandrock, which I’m currently working on.
I modeled everything you see here myself, with the exception of the floor texture, which I picked up from the free BlenderKit library. My long-term plan is quite ambitious: I want to fully design their home, then move on to the garden, and eventually tackle the Builder’s workshop. I’ll admit, I’m not exactly a tech expert, but I’ll do my best to make all the machinery look believable, heh.
My computer will likely struggle to render everything at once, but thankfully, Blender makes it easy to split the scene into sections and disable any rooms that aren't in the camera's view. Blender is a complex but incredibly rewarding program. I’m still learning myself, but I’d be happy to help out any beginners if you have any questions!
Beyond that, I’m really looking forward to finding people to chat with about the game itself or creative software. It’s important to me to hear from other Sandrock fans—I might not know every little nuance about all the characters yet, so I’d love to hear your perspectives and share this experience with you.
Pain only breeds more pain
Pain blinds us: in an attempt to change the world while consumed by it, we ourselves become a source of suffering and lose everyone who was dear to us. The path of redemption, alas, is not granted to everyone. And then, nothing remains but regret and remorse, echoing through bottomless abyss.

Greetings.
This was not easy, it took six months of sustained effort, but I do not regret it in the slightest. Ultimately, this project is both a personal obligation, my way of engaging with themes that, in my view, are too often ignored or stigmatized in society.
That said, I am not without a sense of humor, and I do allow myself the occasional joke when it feels appropriate. I hope you will find the project engaging and enjoyable.
The first three episodes will have a lighter tone; after that, I will begin to раскрывать the core message of the story.
Of course, I would genuinely appreciate any feedback.
I am looking for people with whom I can discuss the characters and lore of this video game. If you are involved in creative work, that would be especially valuable, we could also exchange experiences and talk about the tools and software we use in our work.
Personally, I am familiar with Blender. I am self-taught, but I believe I can help with many practical aspects. I also work a bit in Reaper, at a basic level sufficient for creating simple music. I use Ibis Paint X to edit backgrounds for animation, and I am also an artist, I use this app for drawing directly on my phone.
It would be great if you could mention right away which character you are a fan of and which characters you know best. This will help me understand who I can turn to with questions about specific characters.
I know Miguel very well. You could say I specialize in him, obviously not at the level of the developers themselves, but I think you understand what I mean.
I know the other characters significantly less well. I try to preserve their core personality and motivations, but that is clearly not enough to build a truly strong story, especially considering that in this project, almost every character will eventually appear with their own personal storylines and internal conflicts.
Hey guys. I've finished the second part of the first episode of my animated series. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
My depression is clearly not helping the project, but I'm trying.
I'm so sorry 😂
I present to you the part 1 of Episode 1 (The Path to Truth). My fan-made, non-profit animated series dedicated to the video game My Time at Sandrock.
I would be happy to hear your feedback. And remember- spoilers ahead!
Don't forget to check back here from time to time, as this is far from my last work.
Everything has consequences...
I created a 3D model of Mi-an for my fan-made, non-commercial animated series based on the video game My Time at Sandrock.
Working on this project, I felt like I was getting to know all these characters all over again.
Sandrock had always been important to me, but only now am I beginning to truly understand why. Their clothes, their voices, the way their homes are furnished, where and how they spend their time, their body language - all of this conceals fragments of a shared history.
Each character's personal story does not exist in isolation: they are intertwined and together form a complete narrative of the world. The authors have done a truly thorough and careful job.
Voting Rules:
Choose one character you would like to start a friendship or a romantic relationship with, and post their name in the comments. This can be either a human or a pet.
Voting will last for 12 hours (just use the time this post was published as a guide; a deviation of 1 hour is not a problem, and I hope this will be more convenient for everyone).
The poll is being conducted across multiple platforms, so the final results may differ from the current standings in this community.
