i get sad when parents are so overprotective of their children and not allow them to go out. they end up accidentally isolating their own children because they aren’t able to build relationships outside of school, which always leads to them being left out. it is like a domino effect of sorts, leading to anxiety issues, bullying, hindered social development and loneliness. all because some parents were too controlling to allow their children some sort of freedom.
