That moodboard i just reblogged gives me a good AU idea... Eridan being upset over Solfef becoming a thing so he asks Aradia (who he assumes is also unhappy with it, though the truth is she doesn't mind bc her and Sollux are poly) to pretend to date him to 'get back' at them. She's 0k with it. Nothing goes as planned because Feferi is actually happy for them, Sollux butts heads with Eridan but gradually warms up to him, Eridan can't keep being mad at them no matter how hard he tries... Aradia turns out to be a fascinating person and Eridan falls in love with her For Real. Then they all end up dating each other :)
