[ ♫ ] — ❝Thought so❞ the blonde would mutter more to herself than to the other, before turning her attention back to the stowaway. A rather proud grin taking over her visage as she finally gave the answer to the question addressed. ❝You just happen to have jumped aboard the Moby Dick, the Whitebeard Pirates’ ship.❞ it was rather evident from her tone and expression both, that she didn’t doubt for an instant that the name would be unfamiliar to the other, after all they were a well known crew, led by the man she believed was the strongest alive, and she was proud to refer to as her Pops’.

     She’d pause momentarily, unsure what to really make of the situation as she would normally just let her nakama decide what’s best, however, considering the division’s commander wasn’t present at the time, she might just have to handle this.

     The gaze of her indigo optics traveled to the distant where she could notice a few marine ships docked, then back to the girl. ❝It seems that we have a common enemy❞ she’d remark, her smile wavering into a serious expression for a mere moment. ❝So don’t worry, I see no reason for us to fight — I understand your situation❞ after all, she couldn’t really think of how different she may have reacted if it had been her being chased.

     ❝But since you came on our ship.. won’t you at least introduce yourself?❞

Keera's eyes shot wide as she was told what ship she was on. She must've had some of the worst luck in the world for hopping aboard the Moby Dick. She had never really seen any of the Whitebeard Pirates' ships in person before, but the things that she heard had always made her hope that she'd never have to see it.

In this case her knees felt like they were going to buckle on themselves. She took a deep breath to help calm herself down for a moment before she replied, and she was even more relieved to hear that there was not going to be any trouble, at least not yet.

"I am Keera Shot, also known by my wanted poster: 'The Traitor'. Lieutenant in the Marines until about eight months ago."

          The island had been quite for the most part, which granted her a much needed break from the hectic past week. While she loved her job and loved to do what her and her people did best, there were times when it could become a little too much for her to handle. Despite the peacefulness of the island, there had been a few incidents, but it was nothing the local group of Marines couldn’t handle. As she shouldered the bag of personal items she’d gotten from the town’s shops, she let out a relived sigh. Sometimes she really wished things were always this calm.

           She’d just stepped into the town’s square when something hit her in the side. She staggered a few feet before regaining her balance. Clutching her bag, she turned in the direction of the voice when the offender offered her an apology.

[ ❀ ]       "No, it’s alright. I should have been paying more attention to where I was going."

"You didn't drop anything did you?" Keera looked down at the woman's bags for a moment then returned her attention back to the woman. She didn't really think about encountering any marines in town and unfortunately had decided to wear her Ensign coat, with the symbols for justice crossed out on the back. Hopefully she could make it back to her ship before any body else saw her. This woman looked like a civilian at least, so that was a bit of relief.

She began to plot a course around the side of town she had encountered the marines and back to her ship, within her thoughts.
