Hello everyone, from the mods of MPI

Recently we've been experiencing plumbing issues that we thought we had solved, but it was only pushed back and worsened over time. Today, we learned that it was because of clay piping that had shifted under the basement floor.

The plumbers will have to remove the floor entirely to get to the pipes, and it will cost us nearly 5k. We don't have that money, we're a single income household and can barely afford groceries and rent in this horrendous economy. Neither of us have family willing to help us pay.

mundane plurality is getting a new member and it going "so... this is what y'all do all the time huh" because we spend most of our day either in bed playing games, sitting out on the same park bench, or at the same library

Routine and familiarity

🔤 Mundane plurality is everyone is pushed to the main front because our co-host barely moves from their spot and instead of the usual people supposedly standing beside eachother.

It's just being pushed forward and having this one dude standing beside us almost at all times, so in some way, it's regarded that he's co-fronting with those in main front. It's pretty weird for us but we have moved past it and don't question it lol.

Sometimes it just takes some adjustment

mundane plurality is doomscrolling and finding content that causes you to jaw drop.

Oh yeah. The feeling of "how long have you been here?" as you feel their reaction or presence for 2 seconds before they're just lingering again (🌸)

It's really funny looking back at other alters' posts on our system blog. You find aome gems in there for sure (🌸)

Mundane plurality is wanting to do something that requires doing it routinely but your other headmates keep messing up your plans so you just give up

Routine never works for us because we switch out so often that other headmates don't want to do the routine- it's a struggle (🌸)

Mundane plurality is hanging out in the headspace together as you fall asleep. Its so much more vivid when your drifting off.

We'll get glimpses into headspace sometimes when we drift off, and it's almost always a pleasurable experience when it happens
