The stardew bachelors and bachelorettes on a roadtrip
Haley: Insists on being in charge of the music, takes pictures of the scenery outside the window. Wants to get souvenirs and go shopping at every place you stop. Refuses to sleep in hotels with under 4 stars or eat at drive-throughs. Sleeps most of the time in the car and complains about being bored a lot because she didn't bring anything to entertain herself other than her phone and one book that she finished too quick. Wants to go to major cities and other places with a lot of sights to see and things to do.
Penny: Gets very car sick and has to sleep most of the time because otherwise she'll need to vomit. Brought a lot of books to entertain herself and can't read any of them because she's car sick. want's to see museums and historical sights, took a lot of time to look up cute little cafe's and book stores to visit.
Maru: Brought a lot of stuff to entertain herself with. Likes to look out the window in the towns you pass by and talk about the architecture. Likes to find experiences that can make science fun for everyone in the car, like cave explorations and road safaris.
Abigail: Likes to play car games and take pictures of funny road signs and restaurant names. Wants to eat at places that look a little run down and go off the beaten path. Brought alone some handheld gaming console and a few games to keep herself entertained. Has a whole playlist for roadtrips with a lot of fast-paced songs for when the speed limit is over 70. Likes to try the tourist trap roadside attractions (would love to go to the mystery shack or something like that) and different county fairs and amusement parks.
Leah: spends most of her time in the car doing sketches or reading. Want's to go camping an hiking and find trails with beautiful scenery to sketch and take pictures. She also likes to find different experiences art experiences like museums and craft fairs, also likes to try wine tasting and farmers markets
Emily: Also really into car games and likes to stare out the window at the world passing by, if she's not driving. Goes for things that will help you realign with nature and the natural world so lots of natural parks and places where she can just unplug and getaway from town and find herself. Probably still wants to see some landmarks and stuff but would rather have something outdoorsy.
Sam: He's jamming out the whole time with a custom play list for the whole trip also has his little handheld gaming system and some comic books to keep himself entertained. He wants to check out local music scenes and roadside attractions, also wants to check out different bars and diners and pizza places just to try something outside of Gus's pizza
Sebastian: He'd prefer to be on his motorcycle rather than in a car, doesn't like being cooped up. If he is in a car he does have a playlist that he jams to while driving. I think he's more likely to be driving but if he's not he's reading a comic or playing his game boy. He wanted to go on this roadtrip specifically to see a band on tour, go to rainforest cafe, and go to a ren faire. He's been on roadtrips with family before and hated it (mostly because half of it was trying to play road games and Demetrius hitting everyone with the "erm actchually" and the whole thing being ruined because no one wanted to listen to what he wanted to go see.
Shane: Honestly if Shane is going to be in a car that long it's either for sports or for an animal show. Like a prized chicken contest and he either wants to go to show off Charlie or just to watch a game, but once he realizes that the trip would be boring if he just went to one location he realizes tourist traps would be really fun (top ten people you see at the Mystery Shack). He is so down for eating at wacky restaurants and hitting some less than safe fun fairs along the way. He has a playlist of metal music he plays when he's driving so you and him can essentially headbang and belt out tunes while you fly down the highway.
Elliot: He wants to take you on a make up trip after his book tour. He wants to go see a ton of romantic and historical spots. Plenty of iconic libraries and art galleries. After his kinda crap stay in hotels in Grampelton and Zuzu he really wants to try something better, and with your money you both can kinda afford to have better accommodations and food too. While you drive I think Elliot is a passenger princess through and through, he is very very good in shotgun though, taking care of the music and getting you snacks and water. He has a lot of things to keep himself entertained otherwise, like books and a Playlist of audio books and Jazz.
Alex: Alex is no stranger to road trips, I like to think that it was something he used to do with his mom before she got sick (think the start of Percy Jackson where they go to the beach). But Alex likes to drive and he has a very planned route to show you all the places he and his mom went to or their equivalent if they no longer exist. He has a playlist of out rock songs that you and him jam out to as you drive. Also Dusty does get to come with you.
Harvey: He's not very big on long car trips,he has a bad back and worse eyes so you make a ton of pit stops but he has this air show he wants to see. Harvey hits similar story beats to Elliott but I feel like he's more into museums and you're more likely to accidentally find a hidden gem because he worries about your posture as you drive so you end up stopping a lot and sometimes you come across nice little cafes or a surprisingly fun tourist trap.
