Karasu told me in 2018 he wants to celebrate his birthday on March 31st in a dream, so we have every year since. Micky @octobernocturne told me that March 31st is also the anniversary of Brandon Lee's death. He died on the set of The Crow, and portrayed Eric Draven in the film.
That was amazing to hear Karasu's chosen birthday has a connection to The Crow, as The Crow is a significant movie for me and Karasu, having parallels to the situation we were going through in my imaginary world/psychosis at the time we first saw it.
Another amazing bit of synchronicity/coincidence is that Karasu's Japanese voice actor, Ryo Horikawa, shares a birthday with the late Brandon Lee! I was floored when Micky shared that about March 31st with me, after I told him about my dream where Karasu picked his birthday that same day.
Karasu-chan is my Eric, and I'm his Shelly; "People die, but real love is forever." ♡ (A line from The Crow I first heard in the Evanescence song, "Even in Death".)
