Hey anyone who's still following this page!
Been a while, so I'm posting an update.
First and foremost, there are two new songs up on the Soundcloud! Based around two characters in a future punk campaign I'm running. They're Phantom and Pact.
Secondly, I'm finally using an actual DAW! A friend of mine introduced me to Mixcraft and I'm really enjoying using it so far. Pact is the first song I've written in the program so the mixing is a bit rough, but I'll learn more as I go.
Third, I won't be taking commissions for the time being. Not that I had many to begin with, but I want to learn my new program and devote my time to my own ideas. That said, you can always reach out if you have anything to say or would like me to do something in the future. I'll be making and pinning a post in the coming day(s) so that information is consistent.
Finally, and most importantly, I'm going to attempt to start doing daily updates on this blog. I was watching a video about the development of a game called "Rainworld" and the creator said that keeping a devlog was key to keeping the project going. I've heard similar from other creatives before but it never occurred to me to apply it to music. So that's what I'm going to try, do at least Something every day so I can post an update here and make progress instead of letting an unfinished project sit for months. It'll mostly be text updates, but some will include demos or screenshots. If none of that interests you, just blacklist #logbook and it'll stay off your feed.
