Ā Ā Ā Without her attire obscuring the stars that lined her body, Bonbonās pirouette left her swiveling shape encased in streaks of light. Swaying arms, home to a trio of āfrecklesā lining the back of both her biceps, were tailed by comet-like beams of luminosity. Through the collar of her elegant top peers three more shining spots, though the ones that rest betwixt the lacy back of her dress are equally just as noticeable through the fabric. The bell-shaped petticoat that fluffed out her attire from the waist down was illuminated from the inside like a lightbulb brilliantly blazing from below.
Ā Ā Ā Her frolicking mirrored the music that migrated from the depths of her phoneās speakers. Twists and twirls launched her in the air against gravityās command, though her feet would touchdown without folly or failure. Such elaborate cavorting couldnāt possibly be mere momentary practice. She had to have been doing this for quite some time.
Ā Ā Ā āAnd in the crash of the dark,
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Iāll be your light in the mist~
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā I can see you⦠burning with desire for a kiss. ~ āŖ ā
Ā Ā Ā Halt. Feet that favored prancing about the dew-laden green blades stopped roughly, digging deep into the ground below. A colorful cornucopia, vast and bestowing as it was, never once offered such a warm, deep sea blue. Familiarity struck her, but that did not halt the immediate baring of razor-sharp incisors.
Ā Ā Ā The entity sputtered into obscurity with the death of her lights. Only the stars in her eyes remained, and even they flicker out almost instantaneously, leaving her in pure darkness. As such, the sharp shift of her lips would be missed.
Ā Ā Ā The temporary illumination was all she needed to pinpoint where the intruder had been prowling, although deriving a name or face was difficult. The approach would be met with an aggressive advance of her own. Colorful irises dissolved entirely, absorbed by a black hole that left her looking devoid of vision. Without the stars mapping the outline of her body, ebony skin faded into oblivion, leaving a ghastly girl identified only by the fluttering fabric that shaped her person.
Ā Ā Ā With the sudden shift from a calming light producing soothing music in the distance, even taking the form of a friend no less, to a pitch black fright of an area shot down of its lights in exactly two seconds flat...well, Dustin thought that that would usher some allowance for fear. When the world around him dropped for a darker turn, stance naturally took a defensive one, back arching a bit with the existence of his brush sitting on his back duly noted.Ā
Ā Ā Ā āB-Bon?ā was the call-out that carried with it some of the newly formed unease in his body. He was sure that was Bonbon, and he certainly wanted to see his friend! But...assurance couldnāt be found when trying to imagine that the feeling was mutual between both parties.
Ā Ā Ā And then with a sudden movement in the dark. Dustin felt that, and with a hard pulse of the heart, the Inkbrush was pulled from his back before being held out at the boyās front.Ā āSāthat you, Bon?ā Weariness was still present, though his voice still carried the casual, friendly, and simple want to see a friend. Ignore the harder heartbeats and now unsheathed brush, and things were almost the same. Dustin couldnāt help but take a few steps back from the new area devoid of light, though. āJust me, Dustin!ā One more call before standing ground, body full alert, speed ready to kick in if and when needed. Though he wasnāt sure how much good alertness would do him when he couldnāt see.
