This is a very old comic. Like TADC 5/6 era old. XDD so the major sibling vibes between Jax and Ribbit are completely intentional, as at that point I was fully on board the sibling Ribbit train (Cause Goose said no romance!) These three were sibs or best friends who all came into gether. I guess this is an au now. which suits me fine cause that means YAY NO ABSTRACTION!!

so i noticed ribbit has a lil tail kind of like a tadpole. does that have anything to do with their character/personality, (like her being immature or smt) or did you just think it would look cute :P
its just cute :D if i gave it thought id say it would play into Ribbit's wish to become something bigger than herself- a dreamer and star chaser.. a lot of young folk wish upon stars, it could symbolize their internal childish hopes

why she kinda lookin like mudkip- also shes fucking insane dawg- like a constantly shaking explosive. paranoia at a all time high and seemly always unnaturally excited but in a..very disturbed way. Normal ribbit just like goofy fun and good banter- this one? uhm.. if you breathe on them she'll tell you you've ruined her entire year. never nice at all and will guilt trips the fuck out of you.
since caine scares and sometimes hurts ribbit, has there ever been a time where he realised what he was doing and felt genuinely remorseful towards her?
Caine has had moments...where Ribbit yelps or screams from his invisible abuse, where he jerks back in worry. TW Ahead!!! Implied Dissection!! Caine does what any good studying would take- pulling apart the problem until it gives you an answer. he isn't..evil..but he gets angry at Ribbit for squirming or crying, saying that their digital body shouldn't hurt them like this- that she's over-reacting and the pain won't even last ever long after he's done. He will stop when Ribbit starts to beg him to. But a lot of the time when Caine pulls them away to mess with- Ribbit fights him. trying to bite and often spits in his face. Ribbit isn't helpless and will insult Caine because she does hate him. But there's only so much their trauma can handle facing the one that caused it, so they break quickly. Humans are just not a good science material.
