French-spreaking artists recommandations (2):
I had problems to put the videos on (if someone knows what I am doing wrong ? the links turn red and the video doesn’t appear, it worked before). So sorry but I only have the links. I updated the last spotify playlist I made with these new songs.
Gringe:
Guillaume Tranchant first became known thanks to his friendship and collaboration with Orelsan: they made two albums together under the name Casseurs Flowteurs and a movie called Comment c’est loin (available on Netflix in France, for other countries idk). He released his first solo album Enfant Lune last november and I really like it. Here are some of my favorite songs:
Scanner (feat Léa Castel): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kX1aqH_epwY . A really sad song about his brother who suffers from schizophenia after an overdose when he was a teenager.
Qui dit mieux (feat OrelSan, Vald, Suizon Blaz AD): a dope song with a nice video
Retourne d’où tu viens (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0qNqNmVaEv4) and Jusqu’au elle m’aime (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbRV6882JdI). Both are about his difficult relationships with women. I love the rythm of the last one.
Aya Nakamura:
One of the biggest French sucesses abroad right now. Aya has had small sucesses since 2015 but her song Dadja released last april really blew up and has now over 280 million views. Her type of music is not really my favorite usually but I really like her songs, they are so catchy.
Dadja : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iPGgnzc34tY
Copines : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EkGiGf8utCM
La dot : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YaKztd2Lsto (my sister’s favorite song)
MHD :
His real name is Mohammed Sylla, he was on of the pionners of Afrotrap (a mix between trap and African music). He was even noticed by Drake and Madonna.
Bébé (feat Dadju) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xO2y82caN4U. The music video is so nice, really classy !
Bella (feat Wiz Kid) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jR3y0bxKAvg
His whole Afrotrap series, especially part 7. La Puissance (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWHR0fS9jvQ), part 3. Champions League (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zi1D0MKWHU0), part 8. Never (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QRRPt0ysfyI)
Dadju :
He is Maitre Gims’ brother and did some featuring with Sexion d’Assaut back when the group was sucessful. He released his first solo album Gentleman 2.0 in 2017. He was awarded the prize “French revelation of the year” at the 2018 NRJ Music Awards.
Too much autotune for me and the lyrics don’t appeal to me but my friends love him and he is really sucessful right now so I still wanted to talk about him.
Jaloux : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=254EHfv9RvM
Bob Marley : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQU_pgyCL6k
Reine : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tVKaN_H35xs
Django (feat Franglish) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJh5o-HPhmo
Bonus : I already talked about them but …
- Orelsan released new songs : a featuring with Damso proving once again that Damso is crazy talented (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iXzBdNjpYw0), la famille la famille, a moving song about family (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2plxPVOI6lo) + 9 other songs.
- Eddy de Pretto made a music video for Random : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-WCHGdv1ALc

this is what the rise of pedophile culture looks like–little girls are being indoctrinated into beauty rituals at earlier and earlier ages to feed the misogynistic pedophilic male gaze.
this is what the intersection of capitalism and misogyny looks like–fashion and beauty products are being marketed to females no matter their age as long as is generates profit and feeds the male gaze.
this is what porn culture looks like–due in part to the widespread availability of porn, females are considered sexual objects before they are considered human beings and so no matter what, a female must always be sexually available and presentable to men.
^Exactly. Please, when you see young girls who look like this, remember not to blame the literal children for their own oppression. They’re just trying to “fit in” and be accepted by their peers. Blame the fucking adults who sell them this image and profit from it.
Thank you for explaining what bothered me about children looking like that. I could never quite put my finger on it.
girls in lingerie are the biggest tease to me because god i want to fuck you but also i dont want you to take it off because i don’t want to stop appreciating what I’m looking at
Anyone have the gif’s of the Chilean goalkeeper Christiane Endler lifting two of her teammates with ease.
I need them for um reasons lol
Let’s take a look at it one more time
Just so we’re clear about what an absolute unit this woman is
Gonna tell y’all what I can hear now that I got my hearing aids
Birds! They chirp and it’s so beautiful.
Far away cow moos
My friend has this is his back yard and to say I cried is an understatement.
My best friends singing voice
Chickens: *chicken noise*
Me, sobbing:
The filter for my fish tank! Bubble bubble bubble
I sit in the bass section in band. Today I could clearly hear the flutes up at the front! They’re not great, but I can finally hear them!
Op this is so pure and I’m happy for you
Perhaps, if women were not so physically weak and boring... More people would pay to watch them play sports... I want my athletes like my video game characters, jumping 7 feet in the air while doing front flips. The best I've ever seen a woman do in a sport is complane people don't agree with her political beliefs...
You see, here’s where you’re just plain fucking wrong. I see women get knocked down and get right back up again. They split their head open and have it stapled right there on the pitch so that they can go back out
They get their nose smashed in and calmly walk off to get a clean to continue the game
They have more talent in their little fingers than you will ever have in your entire life
They can dribble
They can save
They can tackle
And most certainly they can score
So tell me again why men’s soccer is OH SO SUPERIOR when everything they can do, the women can do just as well, only they actually try to stay on their feet to do it unlike SOME PEOPLE
So you know what, maybe you’re actually watching the right sport then. If you want your athletes jumping 7 feet in the air while doing front flips, then men’s soccer is certainly for you. After all, that’s all they do while trying to get fouls and penalties called throughout the entire game.
Me? I like my athletes when they’re actually trying to play the sport. I don’t need the theatrics that you apparently crave so badly. I like to watch soccer. Not olympic diving.
So how about you go choke on a bag of dicks and have a shitty day you misogynistic, shriveled up, sad excuse for a human being
“Tenho passado tempo demais em casa, sozinho, sem brilho, desocupado, numa pequena crise, sem conseguir escrever nada, nada que preste pelo menos.”
— Gabito Nunes.
Of course I choose you. I’d choose you over anyone.
