hello!! your bangtan - blood sweat and tears live photoset is so hd and smooth how did you do it? i know its a ts video file but i cant do smooth gifs like you from a ts video file :(( please help me

Just want to start this out by saying I make gifs using brandinator’s method (avisynth) and don’t do all of it in photoshop.

Okay so the HD part is mostly the .ts file as well as using an avisynth resizer instead of the resizer in photoshop (because that’s pretty terrible). How I get it so smooth is that the video is 60fps and not the standard 25~30fps. Which is more noticeable at a slower speed

Here’s a comparison that I made which I hope shows the difference well. All of them are made from the same.ts file and have the same psd on them. They also all haven’t been sharpened at all. The left most one is basically the standard gif-ing method that most people use (without sharpening) and it’s all resized in photoshop. The other two are resized in avisynth and you can see that it retains the quality. The last one is smoother, simply because it has more frames in it.
