These are partly based on my experience going to theatre shows this year. I love the change of atmosphere and lighting per act, say in a ballet🥹it is always so magical. I just want to draw something silently powerful in a simliar way

I think it would be cute if Atem took after his mom, games and strategy seems like something court ladies would have as hobbies. Atem also dosent seem to look like his dad, it would be cute if his hair came from his mom

the ring is based on a real ring from Tut's tomb, it looks shockingly modern, i had a similar ring from a coin machine as a kid!

"Oi, Winged Kuriboh, we're not in the right timeline!" North runs after the little ball of fur, who is currently flying....right towards Yugi, not realizing this may not be the right one that gave him to Judai.

"...." North takes a moment to realize how awkward it might be to try and explain this, glancing between the Winged Kuriboh and the...entire situation. He's now primely just standing there....awkwardly-

Yuugi turned at he sound of the voice and found the furry fiend heading straight toward him. They crashed into him like a kickball, and clung to him, burrowing into the arms that caught him with noisy affection. Startled, Yuugi couldn't do much else but hug back, and he shot a bewildered look over the fluff to the man who had come running up.

"Hi, uh, looks like we know the same duel spirit, huh?"

What had he meant by...timeline?

“I suppose… I can very much understand that.” Story of her very long existence.

She picks up one card, and then hesitates, leaning over their deck to snuggle into his shoulder.

“I’m sorry that it’s hitting you so hard right now. I’ll be right next to you as long as you want me.”

She quickly flips the other card and then both back down.

Yuugi hums and nuzzles against her, the tension already leaving his body. The next two cards he flipped where a match, and he set them nearby to help keep score.

"Thanks, you being here really helps. Maybe it's just been too long since I had a relaxing evening in, doing things that make me happy."

[luckyredeyes] “You got it. Speakin’ of the hobby shop — if we get pickup we could head over there and take a look at what they got while we’re waiting. Check if they got any new model kits; if you feel up for that.”

Yuugi couldn't help but smile at that, it was clear Joey had noticed his current mood.

"That does sound nice, it's been a while since we did any model building. A walk might do me some good too."

Yuugi hesitated for a moment before answering.

"Thank you, but, I'm not hungry. You can go ahead."

Honda sighed. He recognized this. His older sister would also lock herself away and wouldn't eat when she was upset.

"You've got to eat something, Yuugi. It's not good. You'll make yourself sick."

Of course he didn't believe you, he can see right through you!

He winced. Yuugi should have known better that Honda wouldn't simply accept that answer. Having snuck out early that morning, it was obvious he hadn't eaten all day. But he already felt sick, and he doubted soup would make him feel better.

"I'd rather be alone right now."
