đ The foxglove, a beautiful flower sitting in the vase in Muuns apartment. She stares at it from her couch, fascinated by its beauty, and how that Irish man gave it to her weeks ago- she canât deny that he was definitely charming, but she sighs knowing that it would never work out. She clicks her tongue and goes back to her wine and tv. Watching some sappy romance movie. She checked her phone to see a message from the SDN quarters
âYouâve been accepted to the SDN phoenix program! You start tomorrow.
her and punch up locked eyes after his outburst- she rubs her temples softly, her tails away with slight annoyance- how and why was she even mentioned? Why did he have to talk about her? She was humiliated
âGreat⊠I am not drunk enough for thisâŠâ
âWe canât even drink on the job- donât try itâ
Punch up felt his heart shatter after her annoyed response, she stiffens up before clearing his through

the entire team picked up on their tension- and it wasnât good tension- Muun looked like she wanted to rip his throat out, he wanted to knock her out. Sonar couldnât help but chuckle softly while flambae rolled his eyes.
âHey- can you guys aggressively eye fuck eachother somewhere else?â
Muun scoffs before turning a full 180- walking out of the room annoyed and pissed off- blazer and chase saw and the both let out a sigh of annoyance. Clearly she already knew some members and not in a good way. Robert smiles softly before scoffing
âSheâs a troubled fox huh? Sheâll warm up eventuallyâ
He said before glaring at punch up
âAnd you? Ease up on her- she clearly doesnât like attention.â
Punch up scoffs before storming out, the rest of the team felt the tension and finally let out a breath of relief when he left. Coupe glares at the door he left from and then spoke up
âSo⊠how do they know eachother?â
âGirl- they probably had a one night stand and it didnât work outâ
Prism laughs while flambae snickers with her
âOr maybe she rejected himâ
Malevola spoke with that Australian accent
âOr maybe they have a history?â
whatever the issue was- it would interfere with the dispatch since she was now working with them. Robert rubs the back of his neck while he looked at the team and then the clock- they were staring in about 30 minutes. He was not ready for it
âAlrighty team⊠letâs get moving⊠Iâll figure out the other two idiots that are fighting like children..â

Sonar snickers with the team.
Muun sat in the lounge on her phone, she was swishing her tail angrily before sighing loudly. She saw punch up walk in and she scowls, she lets out a low growl
âAye cut the shit Muun- whatâs the deal?â
âI dunno Colm- you talking about me when Iâm not even here?â
She hissed out at him, placing her phone down
âIt was nothinâ bad lass⊠you think Iâd do that?â
âI donât want to be spoken about. Period.â
They locked eyes for a moment before Robert walked in to see them fighting, he sighs and clears his throat to get their attention
âWe dispatch in 5, get your sorry asses readyâ
The both stormed off to get ready, eventually gathering with the team.
The SDN dispatch pc boots up, Robert turns on his headset and spoke.
âAlright team- letâs make this easy and simple⊠no bickering⊠punch up.â
âHey now- itâs not me ya should be worried about.â
âMaybe we should be worried about the fox no?â
âI mean sheâs got nice tits⊠yknow what they say about chicks with round titsâ
Muun listen in, she kept quiet- she was already considered untrustworthy- she wanted to prove herself as better. She spoke softly only the mic

well- that lasted about 10 minutes
every dispatch she got sent on with someone, she would sabotage them. Flambae got shoved into traffic, Malevolas portal energy was thrown off, prism was electrocuted by her tails, golem got locked in a room, invisiagal got winded and thrown into a dumpster, and she completely abandoned coupe. And well her and punch up had a brawl.
Once they got dispatched together they were bickering and fighting, him punching her legs and tugging on her tails harshly, her setting him on fire and possessing him temporarily to throw him off.
âWell maybe if you werenât the size of a child youâd be more convenient!â
âOh Iâm about to skin the fur of this fox!â
âALRIGHT! Thatâs enoughâŠâ
Robert shouted at them through the headset. They both went quiet.
Eventually muun went offline completely- and punch up was severely injured. The whole team was confused before coupe and golem spoke up.
When they found him he was clawed up and singed severely. He was groaning in pain
Coupe asked him checking his wounds
Meanwhile she sat by the waterfront. Tears flowing down her face while she looked at her claws- she was a monster. She was considered untrustworthy and dangerous. She wanted to be better- to prove herself as not a threat. She pulls out her flask and takes a swig to ease her tears. Her pink make up all smudge and messed up. It was like before- she would be put down by the SDN like an animal- she couldnât bare herself to go back.
Coupe called out behind her holding a blade
muun didnt bother to flinch, until she sensed the silver blade, her face went pale before sighing loudly
âJust do it⊠ether the SDN will, or the public poundâŠâ
Coupe froze, her eyes widening- did she just offer to be killed? Sheâs never met someone as bold as her. She took it was a grain of salt
âIs this bait⊠tell me youâre joking!â
Muun didnât bother to look at her, she dropped her flask before finally looking back, her eyes bloodshot and teary

Coupe- for the first time- felt empathy. She understood what it was like to be viewed as a monster. She was an ex assassin for fuck sakes. She didnât let it show. Instead, she puts her blade away and steps closer

Coupe said firmly and slightly annoyed
Muun went pale, she gulps softly before laughing softly
âN-no no! We have nothing⊠we never did anything⊠we just⊠met in a barâŠâ

Coupe said- not elaborating on why it would. Did she still like him- where they still a thing secretly.
âOh⊠I can back off?â
Muun said softly, watching coupe take a step closer
âI donât care.. just watch yourself.â
Muuns heart races. She did find punch up attractive, but also coupe being demanding and harsh got her heart racing, she scoffs and tries to hide her flush
âNoted. So⊠Iâm being forced back?â
Coupe smirks at her flushed face. Before nodding and holding her hand out
âYes⊠and for the record.. I know that blush isnât from the alcohol you drankâ
She winks as her before walking with her back to the SDN
Meanwhile back the the SDN they all looked at Muun as she walked in- all giving her a harsh look- except Colm. He glares but then softly asked
âYou okay there lass?â
Muun was stunned when he asked
âPerfectly fine physically⊠I should be asking you that⊠Iâm sorry everyoneâ
The team looked at her empatheticly. Before prism spoke up
âGirl⊠just donât do that shit again or Iâll blind youâ
âYeah and maybe donât throw me in a dumpster?â
Robert sighs loudly before clapping his hands together. Getting the attention of the room before clearing his throat to talk
âYes- what she was not okay.. but itâs her first day⊠give her a shot okay?â
The entire team nodded as they got dismissed. They all walked to the break room while Muun stayed behind to talk to Robert.
Meanwhile in the break room they were all chatting about her- calling her a wreak and a beast. Coupe watched them all talk- but punch up was getting hella annoyed. He slams his fist on the table causing them to flinch
âAye now- leave the poor fox alone will ya?â
âTsk.. didnât she mawl you to half death?â
âIt donât matter- clearly sheâs got some trust issues and we canât hold it against her!â
âOh cmon now⊠I say we try and remove her off the teamâ
Invisagal spoke- which led to punch up breaking a table and yelling
âLEAVE THE LASS ALONE. you were all once in her shoes- what gives ya the right to judge her huh? Pathetic excuses for supportive team mates..â
He aggressively gets out of his chair and storms away.
Coupe watched him closely, her eyes narrow at how defensive and protective he got over her like⊠they were close? She slowly got up and walked away- leaving the room to chatter amongst themselves about his outburst.
âMother fuckers⊠sheâs just a scared lass.. â he mutters as he slams the locker shut- earning a yell when he noticed couple behind him
âJESUS CHRIST COUPE! I mean.. not that Iâm saying itâs a bad thing but maybe warn a man- I couldâve been changing⊠not that you hadnât seen anything aye?â
He tried to flirtatiously joke with a grin- trying to change the fact he was talking about Muun
âI see you were defending Muun quite a lot in thereâŠâ
âEven getting upset to where you had to break a tableâŠâ
âHah.. well yknow.. sheâs new and all and we shouldnât judge her because sheâs scare and anx-â
He got cut off by coupe with a harsh and stern voice
âYou like her donât you..? Thatâs why you spoke about her a lot before she joined⊠thatâs why youâre defending herâŠâ
Punch up felt his face heat up, he avoids eye contact- he was finally caught by no other than his ex.
