“There’s no better feeling than seeing the lightbulb go on. To know that there’s a new idea in a child’s head, and that you’re the one that put it there. But if any teacher is being honest, they will tell you that there is a small percentage of students— that no matter how many times you go over something, they just won’t get it. And it burns you out. If you’re emotionally invested— and if you aren’t emotionally invested, you’re not doing it right— but if you are, it can burn you out.”
Ladies, if any guy has even a small problem, or is even a little intimidated with you being strong, and ambitious, and doing things for the Kingdom; you need to not only tell that guy not to try to date you, he needs to get the heck out of the way to make room for God’s man who isn’t afraid of you being awesome.

Beauty and the Beast prologue
Favorite Disney Princess movie.
Favorite disney movie. "There is the great lesson of "beauty and the beast," that a thing must be loved before it is lovable." -g. K. Chesterton
Fill it up
We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race. And the human race is filled with passion. And medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for.
John 17:6
"I have manifested your name to the people whom you gave me out of the world. Yours they were, and you gave them to me, and they have kept your word.
It’s been (is) a season of silence, of waiting, of questioning.
It’s been (is) a season of confusion and frustration and doubt.
And there have been times of assurance, moments of certainty, brief glimpses of grace.
It’s been (is) a season in which I’ve clung to the sacredness of the ordinary because that’s been the closest thing I could believe in. Sometimes profound grace is most evident in the simplest things.
“So give me hope in the darkness that I will see the light
Cause oh they gave me such a fright
And I will hold on with all of my might
Just promise me that we’ll be alright.”
- Mumford and Sons, “Ghosts that We Knew”
1 Timothy 1:15
The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost.
The greatest compliment that was ever paid me was when someone asked me what I thought, and attended to my answer.

Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe,
