The Police Killings No One is Taking About.
In 2016 alone, there were over 5,700 missing and murdered Native Womxn, Two-Spirit folx and Girls...only 116 were logged in the Department of Justice database.
Tiktok is on FIRE calling out the white supremacy we witnessed today!!!!
As a person born and raised in this fuck ass state they DO NOT teach anything about Wilmington.
As a Native Indigenous person on my ANCESTRAL HOMELAND AND CONTINENT. Colonizers don’t want folx to know the truth about anything which is why the government controls school curriculums.

I understand that doctors don’t know every answer. I don’t expect them to.
What I DO expect, is to be believed. To be validated, and supported.
This shouldn’t be too much to ask. All I am asking is for you to do your JOB.
This is what you signed up for. You are failing your patients if you are dismissing, or gaslighting them.
If the tests come back normal, do more. Refer them to someone else. If you don’t have the answer, keep referring them to other specialists.
If and when the results come back normal, do not blame it on anxiety. Do not say it is “all in their head.”
Why would we be asking for your help if we didn’t really need it?
Medical trauma is real. You have more of an impact on someone’s future than you can ever imagine.
I wish someone had taken the time to tell me that they believed me. That they were sorry I was going through this.
I wish that I didn’t have to defend myself every single time I see a doctor. I wish that I didn’t have panic attacks before every doctors appointment.
This all could have been avoided if you had just done your job.
Love,
A traumatized patient.
I’m losing my SHIT
This is some magical shit
The sad thing is, I don’t know who’s the bigger idiot.
I would argue its the Kara person - because she doesn’t it. Mike is pointing out the obvious
the obvious? what do you mean?
that she played ignorant, was treated accordingly, and that it was silly that she took offense over being deceptive about her understanding
could you explain further? I’m not sure I understand your meaning
I’ve never seen two murders in one post before.
Dealing with gentrification in Southern California or refusing a quinceañera, Netflix has these nuanced Latinx stories.
In recent years, the demand for authentic storytelling has taken the quality of shows — particularly about Black and brown people — to a whole new level. On Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and more streaming platforms there are more nuanced roles and premises we can all relate to, be it assimilating into a new school or falling in love for the first time.
Many shows address Latinx-specific narratives, like gentrifying neighborhoods of Southern California or fighting the patriarchy instead of having a quinceañera. Below, these Latinx shows have enough drama, love triangles, and plot twists to offer for you to be hooked.
We didn’t have a word for our, as you guys call, gay/lesbian people. So we coined that word as an umbrella for all our tribes. We never said, “Well, you’re transgender. You’re bisexual. You’re lesbian.” We never knew those terms. Those are all from Western culture, you know, LGBTQ and all that. So on some level, it’s about getting rid of labels. Those terms were forced upon us.
This is really important

♻️♻️♻️♻️ RePosted @withregram • @worrywellbeing Over the past few days, I’ve been struggling and having dealt with mental health problems for a long time, I’ve learnt to recognise the signs that I’m finding things harder than usual. I can’t really pinpoint what’s wrong, I just don’t feel right. I’ve been finding it hard to get up in the mornings, I’ve had panic attacks (something I haven’t experienced in months), my thoughts have felt completely uncontrollable. If you’re going through a difficult time at the moment, you’re not alone. I’m not sure what the answers are, this account has never been about giving advice and telling people how to be happy, it’s about me being honest, sharing my experiences, sharing things that have helped me, reminding you that you’re not alone. I am struggling at the moment, but that’s okay. And if you’re struggling, that’s okay. You will get through this. Recognising you are struggling is the first important step in helping yourself feel better💚
Ruth Bader Ginsburg was a fraud. Ginsburg also voted for fast-tracking deportation.
“By a 7-2 margin, the Supreme Court voted recently to allow the pipeline to pass underneath the Appalachian Trail, and nothing surprised—and disappointed—people more than Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s vote in favor of the decision.
This certainly isn’t the first time Ginsburg has shown her more conservative side. In 2019, she supported a tough-on-crime criminal sentencing decision that now allows a defendant to be sentenced for violating their supervised release, even if the release was set to expire during their incarceration ahead of facing new charges.
When asked about football player Colin Kaepernick’s peaceful protest of taking a knee during the National Anthem, she bluntly responded, “I think it’s dumb and disrespectful.”
