i wish more young women started to view their toxic & unhealthy attachment styles as something they should try and improve on rather then something they should embrace.

as someone who's lost so many relationships due to my unhealthy fearful avoidant attachment styles it painsss me to see women embracing it as a virtue. it's gonna ruin any relationship you enter.
