[so i’m thinking about making a new verse for gaige (not that i use my main verse all that much but] [yeah i got her metal blood head a while ago, and a hyperion skin]

[and it like puts a hyperion logo underneath her eye so i was thinking like. she’s some kind of escaped hyperion experiment] [the transport gaige is on gets raided by hyperion muscle, she gets kidnapped, taken back to helios, turned into some kind of cyborg and eventually escapes]

Hello my loyal followers! I haven’t updated in a while (and i’m stuck updated with TEXT, i know, i know) but I’ve gotta tell you guys something super important.

So, if any of you follow like, basic lessons in well known fauna, you’ll know of the Skag, indigenous to Pandora. Well, I’ve adopted one! His name is Dukino, and he’s the cutest little man-eater I’ve ever met!!!!!

Also I killed his mom, so I’m like, his mom by proxy? Kinda like how I’m the sheriff of Lynchwood or whatever now.

The large, red gun with a quad rocket launcher turned towards the Engineer and beeped. Despite not having that much AI programmed into it, it was still curious. Dell chuckled and patted the sentrys side.

“Took several years to develop. You should’ve seen the prototypes, they were… Crazy, to say the least.”

[🔧] Nine people? They must’ve really ticked this guy off to be put on a wanted list for a sentry.

Gaige drops down on one knee almost instantly, twisting to get a good look at the underside of the sentry, not hesitating to get fairly hands-on. “Oh, oh my god, It’s even more beautiful up close! Real, careful engineering! Y’never see this sorta stuff on Pandora - it’s either this factory made crap, or it’s built by someone with one hand and more screws loose than the sentry. But this?”

She stands, leaning over it to peer into top, where the rockets were connected. “And yeah, prototypes can be crazy, but fun, too, right? Some of my bot’s prototypes were really crazy, a- well, sometimes literally. Not a good idea to give a killing machine sentience without giving it an off switch - had to climb the thing and pull out wires until it stopped moving.”

Engineer leaned on the level 3 Sentry gun, it slowly moving back and forth to scan the area. It beeped when it saw the girl, but simply began to scan the area again.

“Made er’ all by myself. It does a lot in the battlefield, I’ll tell you that much.”

[🔧] “It’s... gorgeous...” Turrets were a fairly common sight on Pandora - but none were as elegant as this one. The fact that it could all fit into such a tiny box, the quick and easy deployment, the little beeps? This was officially her favorite new weapon. (Sorry Deathtrap).

“C-can I... can I touch it?” She asks quietly - she knew nothing about this thing, and god knows she didn’t want to set off the motion detection by accident.
