Tempest Storm
Saturday, the earth stood still. The birds stopped flying and not a noise was to be heard. My heart sunk and I was in a state of disbelief. I lost my hero. The only man I believed that was never going to leave. Sky diving was a natural thing to dad. It was like riding a bike to him. He would take 5-10 every weekend. This has been going on for years. He’d come home and laugh at the videos of the person that he took that day. Unfortunately nature took its course. Taking a turn for a worst. My dad and a 14 year old boy were thrown to the ground. Dad realising there was nothing he could do, turned his body last minute and took the full force. The 14 year old boy used my dad as a pillow. My dad saved his life. My dad did his last selfless act and put his life over the 14 year old boy who will be ok. I can’t believe that he is gone. But he died the way he would have wanted to be remembered. A hero. I love you dad. Forever my King, forever my Hero. Blue skies and Clear waves. 💙 rest in peace. I know you will be looking down on Libby and I.
You have been visited by the Norma of Luck, reblog this and your life will get better.

A tous mes amis français, mes pensées vont vers vous et je vous souhaites courage et force afin de traverser ces moments difficiles.
In case any of my fellow Americans were unaware this message is an echo of the headline of Le Monde on 9/11: Today we are all Americans.
My parents were traveling in Europe immediately on and after 9/11, and everywhere they went people offered condolences and asked if they’d lost anyone that day. This generosity continued for the entire five weeks of their trip.
So the very least we can do is hold the people of Paris in our thoughts and prayers.
