Noi:
Noi's magic is the ability to transverse/travel at will, which is seen as weak because of the difficulty to control it and it is useless in battle, as fleeing would lead to him being punished by death. This is why Pierce was so quick to choose Noi to take the soul to lady grandma and use the last of his magic to make the potion, allowing them to travel to Earth, and thus why Rhys backed up Pierce's choice of Noi, telling Asch it would be the smartest choice.
Unknown to them, Noi's magic is rechargable, as long as he feels safe and loved, something he never felt on Daemos, but did feel on Earth with Ava. One day, Leif startled him, and he just poofed, and found himself face to face with a very tired and startled Lady Grandma, who then had to help him recharge enough to go home. (He poofed back to Ava's apartment and landed right on Pierce.)
Slowly, Noi starts to learn to control his power, and they all found that they now had a way to and from Daemos, whenever they needed to.
Noi's magic also gives him speed, so he sometimes becomes a blur when running, scaring Leif the first time it happened.
