Decided to use this @hansannafortheholidays prompt to make my love letter to the Hansanna Ice Dancing AU that was developed in detail by a bunch of us awhile back in one amazing weekend. One of my favourite fandom moments ever, friends!

Can I just say...

...that I’m pretty salty that, to this day, Funko has not made a Hans Pop figure. Not even as a retailer or convention exclusive! He wasn’t even included in the blind box minis from the first movie! I’ve always assumed it’s because he’s so ~reviled ~ by the fandom at large (and in-universe in Frozen) and Funko just didn’t think it could push Hans merch. Fair enough, I guess.

HOW-FUCKING-EVER! Someone down at Funko HQ this time around took a look at the earth giants from Frozen II and thought, “Oh yeah! Let’s make these boring grey bitches into Pop figures! They totally aren’t going to sit unsold on the shelves for months on end like a Hans Pop would!”

Like....????

#i don't even really like-like pop figures #it's just the principle of the thing like they will bend over backwards to turn the most obscure characters into pop figures #even king candy from WIR got a pop #hans merch isn't un-sellable iirc the hans disney store dolls sold pretty well #the disney land japan hans plush sold out and i can't find him anywhere to this day #so...i don't know what these hoes are on #you cannot convince me that the earth giants are more desirable/palatable to consumers than prince fucking hans
