OOOOOHH! Aside from it already simply having the natural coolness factor, this feels even more awesome to me because Neo in this fanart is giving off the same vibes as Tetsuo in his stadium 'throne' in Akira, which was one of the inspiration sources when Lana and Lilly came up with the franchise and is, frankly, a fucking fantastic example of cinematic anime. I feel like if Neo did turn evil like you suggested in your tags on this, Shase, he'd become a bit like Tetsuo in that he becomes drunk on megalomania from his growing powers. 🤩💚
