HOW MIMI GOT INTO KPOP?

I got into Kpop in the weirdest way. I was (still am) sooo into anime/manga and because many Japanese singers will sing songs for anime, I will search for those singers and thus ended up into J-Pop and J-Rock. One day while watching Oricon (biggest music chart in Japan), there were many Korean singers who released Japanese songs and they were charting. They were bops and I enjoyed them which made me dig more into K-pop. Little did I know that I will get me into another rabbit hole. Years later BTS debuted and you all know the rest of the story. 

And you friends? How did you get into Kpop?

It was through anime for me too.

I was watching a lot of anime and somehow got into live action and then into japanese dramas. Which led me to k-dramas and then somehow to kpop. That was like 10 years ago and it stuck with me. 😂
