I know there are some pretty decent akkr fic rec lists out there but I’ve never found one for strictly in-char fics. Now I’m someone who reads everything—and by that, I mean every single thing posted in the ao3 or tumblr tag every single day. And I’ve found quite a few good ones with great characterizations that deserve the spotlight.

What makes an IC fic rec different is that the fics here are not just meant for reading but can also be used as a guideline or reference for people who want to avoid OOCness in their stuff.

So with that thought I introduce you to my personal IC fic rec list! Here’s a preview of how it looks, complete with a review for each fic:

A few things I’d like to mention:

While this will mostly include akakuro, this is indeed a multifandom fic rec list. Other ships include mikayuu, kagehina, genosai, and many misc recs!

 Since this is a list of fics I like, it won’t include any NOTPs. Please check out the about for my personal blog to see which ships will/won’t be included!

This page will update frequently or whenever I amass a significant number of new fics in my bookmarks, so make sure to drop by every now and then if you’re looking for some fresh titles!

The reason I made this list is cuz for me, a good fanfic is something that focuses on keeping everyone in character foremost over other aspects like writing, plot, level of enjoyment, tropes, etc. Note that this is my personal opinion, though I try not to be too much of a stickler /laughs. Also because I believe these fics deserve any sort of love and appreciation and recognition they could get 

But of course this is meant for everyone who loves akkr and/or reading! I hope you find this list to your liking!
